On October 30, 2015 I paid this company in full to remove bats from my attic, along with bat dung clean up and then to install new insulation (the old insulation was ruined by the bats). The owner was very nice and stated he would have no problem getting the bats out, putting clean insulation in and then sealing up the house so bats could not come back in. We have now discovered that the attic was not properly cleaned and the house was not properly sealed so we now have bats in the attic again and ruined insulation. Beginning in March 2016 I repeatedly tried to get the owner to come back out as he'd given me a written 9 month guarantee. He never corrected the problem and no longer returns my calls. I want to warn other people to be very careful when hiring a company that claims to have experience with bats--get a licensed bat removal professional!
