Scam company. Dishonest company, from top to bottom. Don't trust this company, ya know?

They never handled my case. I ended up doing it all on my own with the help of the good Lord. I don't think these people at Expunge America are God-fearing folks because they lied to me multiple times over email and phone. After finding out from the courts that Expunge America never worked on my case, I was relieved that I took matters into my own hands and made an appointment by calling the courts myself. Honestly, people don't need Expunge America since they don't do any work for cases anyway. They just took $1,600 from us for services they never provided. Today, I finally spoke to someone who claimed to be a supervisor, and he said he would give us a refund. Still waiting... U.S. Navy K and R.

This law firm don't follow through with their promises to their customers. They also didn't file the correct petition. They overcharged me. Also, they didn't give me a refund. They are complete scammers.

I gave this company my money like 8 months ago to get rid of my record. They said it might take like 6-10 weeks, but they haven't done anything yet. All they ever say is that they're working on it. These guys totally scammed me when I was in a tough spot.

I gave Expunge America $600 on 4/26/22 to get rid of my DUI on my record for a job chance. They said it would take no more than 3 months, but it's been 6 months and they haven't done anything yet. This company said they would take care of my issue for ***. They claimed they would expunge my record yet they haven't done so. I haven't received any updates from this company at all. I keep calling and there's never anyone available. On their website, it claims that they'll update me every step of the way. Yet I haven't even been updated once. It's been over 6 months and this business hasn't provided me with any communication whatsoever. I'm simply requesting a full refund.

I hired this legal service more than a year ago, and I've had sporadic conversations with some people from this company. Now, their calls go straight to voicemail. I called the company and told them I was on parole. I asked if they could help me with an expungement. They said yes and told me I could start right away because my job was at risk due to my record. So, I paid their full fee and now I find out that I am not even eligible for expungement because I am currently on parole. I've called Expunged America multiple times, but they never answer and when they do, they're rude as hell. I feel so damn powerless with this whole situation. No follow ***, no updates. The expungements are important for another case I have in court, and my attorneys, *** and ***, need these expungements or no expungements to continue with our civil matter. Now, I told them to continue without the expungements in the other matter and I respectfully ask Expungeamerica.com to give me an immediate refund like they promised.

On March 8, I reached out to ExpungeAmerica.Com to see if they could help me with my daughter's felony arrest, which was dropped and not prosecuted. Another company had told me that they couldn't handle a felony and that it could only be sealed after 5 years. ExpungeAmerica.Com advertised a rate of $599 with a money-back guarantee. The person I spoke to assured me that they could handle it, but because it was a felony, the fee would be higher. I paid $949.50 with my credit card and was told that the matter would be resolved within 5 months.

However, on the receipt/invoice, it stated something different, and I mentioned that I had informed them over the phone that it was a felony, and they had said it might take longer. In our continued correspondence, I received delays and excuses without any specific information about when the case would be filed or resolved. I submitted additional supporting documents but received no acknowledgment or feedback.

After 9 months, on December 14, '22, I finally received an email stating that they were unable to file the case. I replied, reminding them that I had specifically asked if they could handle a felony when I signed up, and they had assured me they could. Therefore, I requested a refund. The attorney who was handling the case apologized for any misrepresentation (PDF #5) and said she would ask the owners to refund my payment. However, that attorney has since left the company due to disagreements with their handling of cases.

I followed up with another email requesting a refund, but I have been ignored. I have tried calling the company numerous times, but their voicemail box is always full. I can't get through to speak with anyone. Even when I called the line for new customers, they just forwarded me to the same voicemail. It's clear that this company purposely misrepresented their services to get payment and then intentionally delayed beyond the 120-day mark to avoid refunding the money.
