Exploria Resorts review: Timeshare membership

I am extremely dissatisfied with the timeshare product that I was unfortunately coerced into purchasing with Exploria Resorts. The entire sales process was based on lies and manipulations, and I regret putting any trust in the representatives.

From the very beginning, I was promised that the timeshare would be a fantastic financial investment and that I would be able to take my family on vacation every year for little to no cost. However, this could not be further from the truth. Despite pouring a significant amount of money into this venture, I have not been able to book a single vacation with the company.

Every attempt I have made to schedule something has been met with a dead-end. I have been told that nothing is available, despite the salespeople insisting that there would always be plenty of options to choose from. It is incredibly frustrating to be continuously lied to and to feel like I have been scammed.

What is even more concerning is the lack of transparency and responsibility demonstrated by Exploria Resorts in this matter. I have attempted to work with the company to find a resolution to this issue, but I have been met with nothing but avoidance and a lack of communication.

It is unacceptable to treat customers in this way, especially ones who have been so easily misled into purchasing a timeshare under false pretenses. I demand that this matter be addressed immediately, and the company provides a satisfactory solution.

At this point, I refuse to continue being burdened with a product that I was lied to about, and I will not rest until I am free from this mess.
