I became a member of the platform through Michale on September 27th. Since they said that free membership would not be of any use, they offered me a gold membership and I became a gold member for 900 dollars. KAM named Vance was in charge of finding customers for me. He said he had a meeting with a person and asked me to get an authorization certificate. I paid $500 to the platform and received an authorization certificate, but they said that they could not let the customer contact me without being a premium member. They asked for a fee again for premium membership. I rejected this situation and stated that I would not pay the fee again. They did not let me meet with the customer for days. They constantly stall me and when I ask for a refund, they promise to arrange new customers without giving a refund, but none of the customers are real. The customer they claim to have met for the first time is not real either. Lies are constantly told and it is presented as if meetings were held with unreal customers. I talked to another person who said he was an official named Hugon, and I cannot reach the people he listed as customers. I sent messages to many of the listings that appeared as buyers and received no response from any of them. When I searched for the product I sold on the platform, I couldn't find any results. They said it was an IT problem. The platform has no credibility. Total fraud. Those appearing as customers are fake accounts. The promises in the package sold are not fulfilled. There is no refund. I paid 1400 dollars and I have been asking for my refund for weeks, but they always delay me and do not give me my refund. scammers. Be careful.

Desired outcome: I want my $1400 refund.
