My item has been lost for the last 4 weeks now and no one at Evri is helping me. They have an automated system and so you cannot speak with anyone. I have lost £100 worth of goods and no one seems to care.
Their systems asks to input you tracking number for an update, but I get the same answer. So I tried inputting a random made up number of 8 digits as they request and I get the same answer. Their system is designed to keep you quite for a period of time until you get fed up of calling. It is a disgrace they way they operate.
Claimed loss: £100 of cosmetic goods to my friend in the same country (UK)
Desired outcome: £100 refund
