Evri wrote several e-mails saying they had my parcel. Then there was nothing more until today and then it said 18.20 they had delivered the parcel. They showed a photo with a white plastic bag saying carpet...
This bag was in the corner of wooden fencing with a metal strip in the corner. The fence 's colour is rather dark and the flooring shown is not my floor. My floor is stone colour call it slabs heavy ones. I looked for two hours everywhere but there was no parcel anywhere. Why was my bell not activated, it is a very loud bell and I was here listening for the courier without success. Evri has lost another parcel of mine before.
If this is not sorted out I shall never again buy anything from Cotton Traders. It would be a pity but in this case necessary. Sorry, I cannot afford to lose that parcel.

Desired outcome: I want the parcel delivered by a courier who knows hid job. If it is not found I shall never again buy from Cotton Traders. I would pay more for the parcel.
