Ordered a next day delivery from Quiz. I was given a slot 5-7pm, at 1.59pm, then it was moved to 7-9pm and then to 9-11pm. I sat in the office watching the car park through the window and no delivery. At 9.33pm I got a notification that they missed the delivery, apparently because the parcel ''missed the connection with the driver''...Whatever that means! The picture on the tracker shows the driver's finger covering the camera and states they will attempt delivery the next working day. Two days later and still no delivery and no updated status on the tracker.
I have complained leaving a message, some Claire emailed back to say they will attempt the next day and if not she will get back to me by 10am the following morning. After that she disappeared into the ether.
I am going to raise a case of theft with the police as I strongly believe they stole my parcel cause they know what it is.
I have also complained to Quiz, so hopefully this is the last time they deliver with Evri.

Desired outcome: Delivery of my parcel immediately. If you want clothes from Quiz, whoever took my parcel should buy them themselves, not steal mine!
