Unfortunately, my Account Manager (Abdoulie or Berry) seemed to be more interested in getting me to invest more and more money than in actually helping me make wise investment decisions. From the moment we began our business relationship in October 2021, he convinced me to open a VIP account with $50,000 and encouraged me to invest more funds. At some point, he even used my credit card to increase my balance so he could open more positions with higher exposure.

To make matters worse, my Account Manager didn't seem to have a good understanding of how Swap is calculated. Despite repeated assurances that I would be swap-free after investing even more money and converting my membership to an Islamic Account, I was charged more than $15,000 in Swap fees (which were supposed to be reduced but never were). I had to borrow money and take out a loan to hold onto my Bitcoin and Amazon positions, and things only got worse from there.

Ultimately, the EUR/USD position fell so far that it was automatically closed, resulting in a loss of more than $65,000 (including more than $12,000 in Swap fees). This was practically all of my savings, and I received a Margin Call Alert from Inceptial Support on November 26, 2021, indicating that I had lost around $222,880.75 in all open accounts, including Swap costs.
