Evri review: Evri and onbuy seller cloud ledgers ltd - gross negligence and theft invitation

I am filing this complaint against Evri (courier) and the OnBuy seller Cloud Ledgers Ltd. I placed an order (#T6BMRBH) and gave strict, explicit instructions that the delivery MUST be hand-to-hand and NOT left on the doorstep due to security concerns. The driver completely ignored these instructions, did not even knock on my door while I was home, and dumped the parcel in a public area. They took a photo of the parcel left unattended and marked it as 'delivered'. By the time I checked, the parcel was stolen. This is the second time a parcel from this seller has gone missing. They choose the cheapest, most incompetent couriers and take no responsibility for the loss. They are effectively inviting thieves to take customer property. I demand a full refund and warn everyone: DO NOT BUY from this seller or use Evri if you value your money and time .
