I would like everything I lost in the attack to be restored please. I activated 3 days truce agreement on 21st November and it was expected to expire on 24th November, but somehow my city was burnt and power was reduced from 111 to 29. I really would like this resolved because I’ve invested time in this game. I can’t start building from scratch.

I made many purchases to Evony, followed the rules and guidelines and my city got burnt to the ground, today, November 18, 2022. I want a refund for all the coin I spent on this game, as I did nothing wrong, followed every rule and now I been obliterated.

I want justice and I want my money back. Or I want my 14million dollar keep with high end trained troops moved to another alliance. No, nevermind, this is crap, I just want to take my money somewhere else. I want to be appreciated for all the time I will never get back and all the money I spent.

I refer to substantial previous correspondence sent to your attention in May, June, July and August 2022, and the investigation ticket 1047640 which remains open with no response given to us despite several reminders.

We have duly reported to you multiple incidents of persistent racial, sexual and personal harassment occurring on server 1040, perpetrated fundamentally by player ID [protected], known as “poison” (attached) and player ID: [protected] known by variable names (attached).

We have provided you with over 90 supporting documents, including screenshots, reports, and correspondence between players. We have explained that nature and frequency of the harassment is personal, invasive, connotations of sex, race and gender prejudice noted are extremely toxic, and have caused serious detrimental effect and damages to several players and their families.

The players perpetrating vile attacks belong to a single alliance, (ROK), much to the disbelief and incredulity of the entire server, ROK alliance leader (R5), player ID [protected] fully endorses the racial, gender and sexual abuse perpetrated by her players, fuelling discord and hate among all.

We have informed you that the SERVER RULES, as per weekly denomination of appointed King/Queen of 1040 server have been thoroughly and completely disregarded by the players mentioned above.

We have informed you that player ID [protected], in contravention to the Evony Terms of Service, maintains several joint accounts in the same server, including but not exclusively, player ID [protected]. We have informed you that account ID [protected] is used by player ID [protected] to harass and bully in particular the female players of 1040 server, causing extreme anxiety and intolerable playing experience for the entire server.

We have informed you that on the 4th of August 2022, the player ID: [protected] has send over 50 unsolicited and sexually charged messages to several women players using the public channel of the game, World Chat.

The player deliberately used the country of origin of such players in a threatening and detrimental context, offering sexual services and implying he would inflict with physical and sexual violence to the women players attacked (attached).

On the 30th of October 2022 the nature of such threats increased, and have taken a more violent and more toxic approach, whereby player ID [protected] and player ID [protected] have used of very sensitive and personal information pertaining to one of the female players of the server, to publicly humiliate her, alleging she was responsible for the death of her husband (attached).

We are aware that, since we first brought this matters to your attention in May 2022, over 350 formal notices and complaints, made by individual players of multiple servers against the absurdly toxic conduct of player ID [protected], player ID [protected] have been made.

We are aware you receive DAILY complaints about the referred players persistent racial bullying and sexual harassment taking place at server 1040. We account for over 500 witness statements received in this regard, including screenshots, photos and copies of such deliberate and malicious attacks.

We have now formally written to you in 4 different occasions. We have directly submitted in those correspondences over 90 screenshots, showing infamous name calling and racial/sexual/gender abuse perpetrated by player ID [protected], player ID [protected] and player ID [protected]

Despite multiple complaints raised, Top Games has taken no meaningful action, and continues to market the game to age 12 children.

Regrettably, the lack of action and response from TOP GAMES/Evony has contributed to exponential increase in the viciousness of such players.

Personal attacks continue, more violent and frequen, now going to the extreme of dwelling into the tragic death of a real player’s partner.

We refer to the Evony Terms of Service to which players should abide to, and that have clearly been disregarded in full by those individuals.

As a woman player, I feel violated and distressed by the abuse experienced daily. As a mother of a 12 year old child, I feel shocked and terrified that this 'game' continues to be false advertised as 'safe' to children. Above all, I feel completely let down by TOP GAMES lack of response and complete disregard to the seriousness of the issues brought forward to you.

The players in question have deliberately and unequivocally caused real damage, including distress, anxiety, mental anguish and financial loss to hundreds of other individuals, several of them have simply left the platform entirely, and have advised Evony of such.

It is very concerning that so far, the serious issues raised have not been investigated much less so responded in over 180 days since our first formal complaint.

For avoidance of doubt, we have now formally written to you in 4 different occasions. We are aware of a least 50 other female players that have suffered similar abuse, and despite having formally voiced the same concerns directly via tickets and emails to [protected]@topgamesinc. zendesk.com, no action has been taken.

I would like to reiterate that under the Terms of Service available at the time I have joined, it was assured that my safety as a player and a consumer was assured by TOP GAMES, and in this regard, players acting in breach of the terms of Service would have their accounts SUSPENDED or TERMINATED.

I have been contacting evony since yesterday about a player. They didn’t reply to me about this. I filed a complaint against a player and I have sent screenshots as well. They do nothing about him but block him for speaking in World Chat for fee days. That is unacceptable he violates the gaming rule. He says inappropriate words. Harrass women in the game. He says wrong about other religions apparently insulting religions that is unacceptable I have all the screenshots and all the players in server reported against him multiple time and those people had to leave just because of this specific player. Why can’t evony permanently ban him for violating codes of conduct. Also evony is violating human rights for not replying plus closing the case because that player is a paid player he spends too much money. Is there anything you can do to help me I will provide every single evidence against him. He has access to all the accounts in his alliance and his alliance people do the same you can see in the screenshots a person name val she does the same as well. Please do something please.

Since the latest update, it is impossible to open the game. The following message (in Dutch) shows constantly:

"Sire, wij zijn het slachtoffer van zwarte magie. Wij kunnen momenteel geen verbinding maken met het spel wegens netwerkproblemen. Probeer het opnieuw wanneer het netwerk beschikbaar is. Controleer de wifi- en mobiele dataverbindingen".

The wifi- or mobile data connection cannot be the problem, as I send this message using the same connexion.

If do not know my player-ID. Only thename Skippy53 playing on server 1166 or 1167. Hope there is a possibility to resolve this problem.

Hi, I'm my name is Johnnie G in evony the kings return in server 496. At approximately 7:00a.m. I was unable to log in fully and play the game. I currently in the crv alliance in server 496. Please, fix this problem as soon as you can. I have good internet service so don't know why I'm not able to log in. As of right now I'm miss battlefield because of this and will like to play some of it at this point.

Hi I am from server 1112 here the whole server unable to do gathering and relics due to one solo alliance HNB who has a player of 4.2 B we are trying our best to do gathering and spending money but most of the people are left due to him and his alliance members which consist of 5 members attacking everyone in the server continuously and not letting anyone to have wings and unlock wonders from third svs onwards there is no one aside of his alliance be a king or queen or even didn't get wings. The whole server is pretty much down due to unable to gather and hunt due to him stealing targets and attacking alliance building twice a day and using death in WC continuously its been 4 months since anyone gathered in relics out of 4 at least 3 marches are taking hit every day. We even try to talk to him peacefully but there is no use. we are all hoping to merge with other server so he cant act recklessly attacks us. We are also invested so much in game but if there is no fun there is no point in investing. Due to him in our server there are very less powerful people.

I was attacked by this player in a time when his bubble was on. Because I was teleported to his base to attack him back but I couldn’t because his bubble on kingdom was on, but his troops were still on their way to his kingdom. This is impossible. I did already manny complaints about this game, no one did nothing… this make me to leave forever the game and I will get my friend also.. Because is to manny hackers and no one do nothing.. Thanks.

Hey there I have got 250 points in the valuable event but still I can’t recruit and it gets reset every time I open before the time schedule. Please help because I am done and tired of doing it every time despite getting my points I am unable to redeem anything and it gets almost nil every time I open the game so kindly look into it and please help.

From August I'm having pair problems with the game, it shakes, freezes, it be red screen or it kicked me out after I be in World chat, Alliance chat or in Whisper chat. I can participate in Battle field cause they 0 me before I can move from where I was. I really want to play this game cause I love it I uninstalled and installed it back yesterday from two different phones and it still doing all the above. Please help me with my game to be as it was like before good and no problems.

Hi there I play your game on my tablet and my android phone, both with a different email address, I tried to call your phone number but get a hello and then it hangs up on me. I have two cities next to each other on server 1211 and I was told by the server king to uninstall the game and reinstall it and it should fix the problem and it did but it made me start my city all over again on my tablet, and I also lost my lvl 23 city, all my troops and my 15,000 gems, then I was told to switch cities and I tried that and I gives me the city on the phone and I sure do not want to reinstall that city for I have 284,398 gems and 13.8 million troops and I do not want to loos them like I did on the other city. Is there any way I can get back into my city on the tablet called Toups. I sent in many tickets and a screenshot of both cities for there are next to each other in the alliance called (IFN)IFNavy, thank you most kindly for your time in this matter and have a blessed day

I just can’t believe your response and lack of resolution. I ported over to the server with 5 mins remaining in SVS. With about 20 seconds left in SVS I attacked a city on the enemy server. As my troops were returning to my city, SVS ended. The attack occurred during SVS play.

1. I didn’t get credit for the SVS attack in my score.

2. I had 1 mil troops killed on the attack when this should not of happened during SVS.

3. I had to spend about 1.7 bill in RSS to recall deserters and revive troops souls.

4. I had to play the last 3 weeks with 1 mil less of important troops during key battles.

5. Support waits 3 weeks to resolve my issues and only refunds me the RSS that I spent to revive and recall troops from the holy palace.

6. Support completely ignores the 1 mil troops that were killed and didn’t go to holy palace.

Server 1128 is being bullied by an alliance called BAN. Players citykiller and Cheerio take over smaller alliances and kill them off of there is a dispute with certain players they don’t like and another alliance accepts them. They are rude, they discriminate, elements of racism and they bully the whole 1128 server. It’s like they own the server, they are so strong we have no choice but to watch our alliances be destroyed…. A lot of players like myself spend money on Evony and we need help from this massive alliance …. They are currently destroying the alliance I am in because they do not like a player we have accepted. PLEASE HELP US.

I have all screen shots and player info. I’m sure Evony did not make this game for massive powerful alliances to destroy people like this …. They have been doing this for months and now I’m bringing it to the makers of Evony to sort them out …. Th at or I’m going to find a lawyer in the US and seek out suing someone for this absolute farce and bullying that is going on in this game. The hours and money I have spent on my account cannot be ruined by bullies. Please help our server. Player cheerio is in our alliance now and has destroyed it and taken it over for no reason. Evony game was fun, and i enjoyed it very much till this rouge player announced an alliance as KOS and tile hit us every time.

We cannot progress in game without gathering resources and exploring relics.

The player is the Queen with the biggest power in the server.

So many people from DNS alliance quit the game because of her mental issues.

Please do whatever you see fit for the game, especially in 1094.

This game is the world's most horrible and disgusting game and should be completely shut off and never be allowed to ever be re-instated again. To make matter worse, the complaint board of this game is actually deleting the complaint that shows the reality of the game. There is a top player by the name King SirSilas who has been harassing me with mails non stop. He was forcing and threatening me to follow the rules LAID DOWN BY HIM! It was not the game rule but a set of rules made by him and he wanted me to follow them as if I am some slave of his. When I refused, he started threatening, attacked my alliance and all my alliance member. He did not even let me recover and attacked again. When I recovered after the second attack, he attacked again. Pretty much BULLYING and FORCING me to leave the game or follow his rules.

I am thoroughly disgusted of the game. I deleted it and asked my friends who were also getting harassed by this top paying players to do the same. I would NEVER recommend this game to anyone and if I find anyone playing it, tell them too about the fraud things they do. NO ACTION is against these players, there is no restrain on this TOP PAYING players behaviour and in fact they seem to encourage this behavior! I have suspicion that they are the staff or employee. This was the most horrid game experience I had and I will make sure anyone in my network who plays this game to bring awareness to them about the reality of this game.

I changed account from Facebook or Game Center, when I went to switch account I was giving another account and instead of switching account it saved the wrong account to both platforms and I lost my account. I contacted customer service and started a new account

Upon opening the game to update my bubble I was prompted to “update” or “update later”. The screen then immediately changed to a message saying that I didn’t have enough data to update the game which was not true. By the time I reset the game to get around the error my bubble had dropped and I had been attacked resulting in loss of rss and troops as well as a ticked off clan.

My account was linked to FB initially, I wanted to change it over to Google play. But it got logged out in between. I'm unable to access it now.

Whenever I tried to make ticket I m getting the message failed to make ticket pls resolve this issue and i m also looking forward to get my lost account back whose complain I register few days ago.i made a new keep on same server so evony can overwrite my new account with old one and help me get my keep back. A certain individual on server 1071 has used racist language, and said terrible things to women about being raped. If he and his alt accounts are not deleted I am taking this further!

I have evidence of EVERYTHING by screenshot and can send if needed!

I want his account to be deleted and he has several alternative accounts in the server and other servers. He has caused people to quit the game and even hurt themselves!
