Cool Event Fun Run - Postponed/cancelled event scam

I registered “Free” bubble run event in 2023 January, it’s supposed to happen in June 2023 in St.Louis, in order to register it has venue fees and insurance and taxes for $40+, I paid and registered it. Then later early June they postponed the event. Once I received their email about postpone the event, I replied back to them about I am requesting a refund...
