Evans Tire has offered me pro-rated warranty credit for defective tires worn out prematurely. However, their estimate for the replacement tires has been increased to offset any warranty credit. They stated that since I have a warranty claim the replacement tires would cost me more than their advertised price.
The complaint has been investigated and resolved to the customer’s satisfaction.

The store damaged 4 of my rims during tire replacement. They are willing to have the rims fixed but not reimburse for the rental I will have to incur. They were given the option to purchase 4 refurbished rims to replace my current damaged rims and I would not need a replacement vehicle at that point. They caused the damage and are unwilling to fix the situation appropriately even with multiple options
