At the onset of summers, the dear filter stops working. This is the filter which has been serviced three months back and is under AMC. Complaint lodged on April 29 and we get a response after two days and told that some Karthik ([protected]) is supposed to come to service the filter. No one turns up that day. No one turns up the next day. When we call Karthik (multiple times) he tells us that he is coming. Now after seven days, he is not picking up the phone only. With small kids at home during summers, I also have to deal with apathy of a company. I call the contact center and talk to a rep called Bhargavi at 5.15 PM on May 5, who after listening to complain drops the call
I guess I need to find a better company with more relaible product and better customer service
This is the last time I have bought Eureka Forbes
Since I have paid for AMC, I will still demand service and will wait and take the next step accordingly
Company doesent even respond to complaints in public forums. that shows the level of customer service
After the technician charged us for candles (which now seems unrelated), the water purifier again has the same issue. So here is summary of after sales service 1. Complain lodged on April 29 and on May 21 there is no resolution. 2. Technician wrongly diagnosed it to be an issue with candles and changed them. 3. As a consumer I end up paying for candles and the issue still remains. This is a totally unreliable company and product.
