Etsy – Limited accounts

CEO Josh Silverman should be ashamed of himself for running (Etsy) a company who could care less about their customers. My account had been limited for some unknown reason, and their customer support is worthless. I have tried several times to correct the problem, but no one cares there at Etsy. It is impossible to get help. I spent money there and now cannot even contact the seller with questions I have. No way to run a company ! A company who could care less about their customers.
