payment was taken for sky blue loafers size 44 on 25.08.26 for £50.42 (included postage). They arrived today and do not fit, colour very wrong compared to colour shown in advert. refund requested which was delivered by EVRI . I a few weeks bar codes on packaging shoes were received in . How do I return and get refund. Contacted bank and they advised I had to contact you first. I never received any email to confirm item was ordered or when being received other than message when order was placed that it would be a few weeks.

Desired outcome: I would appreciate response and refund.
