Etsy review: Account suspension

My Account The Pumpking and the Moon was permanently suspended from Etsy for no reason - they refused to give a reason! I appealed this and wrote several emails after. I even contacted their legal department who did not respond. Etsy kept saying it was due to policy violation without telling me what that was? I have no idea and if I did I would have fixed it given the chance. Are they not required to give a warning or 3 or something? Again, how can they suspend me without telling me what I "allegedly" did or giving me a chance to rectify if I did do something?
