Subject: Complaint about lost luggage
Respected Sir/Madam,
With due respect, I would like to state that my name is Roma Kidane Gide and I reside in Asmara Eritrea. On 10/10/2023, I flew from Stockholm Arlanda Sweden to Asmara, Transit in Addis Ababa Bole International Airport in flight number ADD ET 715 Boeing 777-200LR JET of your prestigious Ethiopian Airlines.
I am writing this letter to you in order to complain about the loss of luggage I Transited Ethiopian ownership Airline ASM ET 312 Boeing 737-800 Jet which departed From Bole Int’l Airport Addis Ababa to Asmara Airport At 9:50 am on Oct 11, 2023. My luggage was checked in at 11:15 am on 11/10/2023 and upon arrival at the Asmara Airport my luggage was not seen which would be considered as lost.
For the above-said loss, I made a Property Irregularity Report (PIR) at the destined airport. As per the Airline Policy, I appeal a very quick searching on my suitcase and handbag and requested you to kindly update me in this regard at the earliest.
For your kind reference, I am also enclosing a copy of the tickets and full documents (PIR/ Airline Ticket/ Boarding Pass/ pictures of my lost goods. I expect to hear a word from your side at the earliest.
