My name is Holly Giugovaz, my phone number is [protected]. I want to report an incident happened today (June 29) at 80 Colborne St West, Brantford at noon. I live in the neighborhood of the esso gas station, so I usually go there to support their business. My family And I go there to pump gas, purchase cigarettes and grocery, and beverages multiple times during the days. My oldest daughter loves Mr Sub and the coffee their tastes better than next door's Tim Horton. But the gas side service is horrible. Staffs are always looking at the phone or talking on the phone and ignore customers. No wonder my friends all go for the Husky across the street or Petrol, or other Esso gas stations to receive better service. This morning I went in store to pay for gas and getting some other store items. There was this guy I always saw working in the morning. He didn't even say hi to me! I thought it's important to acknowledge your customers. He was flirting and touching this Asian lady's face. Okay, I know you are bored at work but should you bring your girlfriend to work and be affectionate with her in front of every body. He was holding her hands. It was so inappropriate in a workplace. I know it's not a corporate or formal office, but you are still working. I wonder where the owner or at least manager is? They should monitor their staff, or else they will lose all customers. When I asked for manager's information, the guy that works there said blankly, I'm the manager mam. I couldn't believe it and just walk off.
What a terrible place!
