Esso review: free car wash

I have attended this station for the past 4 years and have had a relatively good experience up until the past few months. Two months back a purchased fuel at this station and was not asked if u wanted a carwash, when I aske about the free one I was made to feel as if I was trying to rob the place like some sort of criminal and was not granted a carwash. As of today when I purchased fuel at the same station and was not asked if I wanted a car wash. When I asked about a free one the attendant (tohmas) tried to say he had ask me and I didn't hear him... This is just not true. Upon approaching the counter I was asked "how are you"? I responded "good" and placed an order and payed for it along with my fuel. I feel like I have been wronged and I would like this attendant to make good on his mistake and stop making the costumer feel like they are doing something wrong when they call them out on it
