EReplacements Disappointing Experience with EReplacements: Delayed Delivery and Poor Customer Service

So, I ordered some stuff from EReplacements, but it's been a hot minute and I still haven't gotten my hands on it. I even had to go and file a claim with the post office because I'm starting to think it got lost in the mail or something. I tried reaching out to EReplacements by email, but I haven't heard back from anyone yet. It's a bummer, because I was really looking forward to getting my order. Hopefully they'll get back to me soon and we can figure out what's going on.
