I sent my Hotstick in for repair about two months ago
I sent my Hotstick in for repair about two months ago. The owner, ***, said it would be fixed in 30 days and sent back to me. When I talked to him, he said he got it on the day we agreed on, which was two months ago. I've tried to get in touch with Hotstick U.S.A a few times in the last month, but I haven't heard back from them. I left my contact info every time, but still no response or update.

We got 4 of their stuffs waiting for fix in their system. These things were sent to their place for fix 260 days ago - November . They told us the price for the fix and said they were just waiting for parts to come. We know they were having trouble getting parts but we haven't got any updates for several months. We called, emailed and left voice mail and haven't heard from anyone from the company since April 21, 2022. Our last chat with them was "We were out of repair parts as well for the units but have everything we need now." April 21, 2022. It's been over 100 days and we haven't got any response even after many calls and messages from different employees, including our company boss. Any contact from them would be great at this point.
