PC Master Pro

I bought a computer from PC Master Pro Inc. on Jan 29 2022. I paid with my credit card and it was supposed to be shipped to my address. I found it on *** and the store's website as ***. They sent me two notifications, Order #*** confirmed and 2 hrs. later Shipment order *** on the way. Both of these notices confirmed the same specs on the laptop. EXHIBITS 1 and 2. On Feb 2 2022, I received the computer but it was not 120 SSD as advertised, instead, it was 500GB HDD. I called the store and spoke to the manager. I asked if they sent me the wrong computer and what I should do to send it back. He acknowledged their mistake and offered to send me a 120GB SSD instead of shipping the computer back and forth. I agreed and confirmed by two phone calls the next day. EXHIBITS 3,4 and 5. However, to date, they have not sent me the drive and it's been over a month. I waited because I thought they might have to order one, but I found out that the drive is readily available in stock on ***.ca *** for only $31.99. My complaint is misrepresentation of the product and failure to live up to the agreement for resolution. (fair dealing). I have lost the use of the computer for all this time.
