The peeps who work at Ntherm make me feel like a rockstar. They always ready to help me out and they pick up the phone right away. I haven't had any problems with the work they're doing for me, but if I ever did, I know they'd be all over it like white on rice. They're just super chill and they really know their stuff. Yo, so let me tell you about Ntherm. They got some real helpful people working there, man. I talked to this lady on the phone and she broke everything down for me real simple-like. I mean, my brain can be pretty slow sometimes so I appreciate it when somebody takes the time to explain things nice and easy for me.

And get this – every time I've had an issue with my stuff, I just give them a holler and they take care of it all quick-like. They must work super hard or something because they always come through for me.

I gotta say, out of all the companies out there that do what they do, Ntherm is the best I've come across so far. I mean, there's a lot of suppliers out here but these Ntherm folks really seem to know their stuff.

So if you're in the market for some assistance with your thermal needs, you should definitely give Ntherm a shot. I'm telling you, they won't disappoint you.

Sooo, let me tell ya about my experience with Ntherm. This chick named Brooke called me up and I told her straight up that I wasn't feelin' it and I wanted my digits off their callin' list. But this gal wouldn't take no for an answer and kept on calling me twice more! She didn't listen to me at all and was totally buggin' me out. So, I finally had to block her. I gotta say, she was way obnoxious and rude, and wouldn't give up even after callin' me three times in a row. Ain't nobody got time for that kinda nonsense.

My experience with Ntherm was just like what some people have talked about online. Initial utility bills for gas and electric seemed decently priced, maybe around 10 percent lower than what I was used to paying. But this didn't last long, because after a little while the bills started skyrocketing. I'm talking like 150 percent higher than anything I'd seen in a long time. I mean, I had no idea what was causing it - my habits and lifestyle hadn't changed, but my bills sure had.

I tried to take advantage of the 20 percent rebate that Ntherm offers after a full year of service, thinking that might help to balance things out. But honestly, at that point I was so mad about the recent bills that I canceled my service as soon as I possibly could. The rebate didn't seem like it would make up for all the extra money I'd paid up until that point.

All in all, Ntherm didn't seem like a solid option for me. Yes, the initial pricing was nice...at least for a little while. But the surges in cost were too much to handle and I ended up feeling pretty frustrated with the whole experience.

I'm not a big fan of Ntherm (ntherm.com) and I wouldn't recommend you do business with them. I have to say, I feel scammed. They offered me a low rate, which I thought was affordable, but in just a couple of months, they tripled the rate and that's how they get their money back! I am really fed up with it!

I manage a building, which includes a dental office on the lower floor (that is running every day for 5 days a week) and another company on the upper floor (that is running only for 2 half days a week). We have two energy bills that we pay each month: one for the dental office that is at a whopping $642.00 and the other for the upper floor at $816.49! I mean come on! That is insane! That is just too much to pay for energy! It's frankly outrageous!

I called them to complain, but they didn't do anything. They just told me there was nothing wrong with their bills. They didn't even try to find a solution to help reduce the bill amount. It was pretty disappointing to be honest. I think they should be shut down or something.

If you're thinking about doing business with Ntherm, I strongly advise you to stay away from them. They are not trustworthy and their rates simply do not make sense.

Hey guys, I wanna share my experience with Ntherm company. So, some time ago, I wrote a feedback about these guys, saying that they were a bit sketchy with their prices. I told everyone to avoid doing business with them, and I even stopped buying from them myself. But you won't believe what happened recently!

I got a letter from Ntherm. You know, it was kind of weird, but it contained a check for a big part of what I paid them before. No explanation or anything written there, though. I guess that they're responding to the complaint I filed with the Ohio Public Utility Commission.

I received no further communication from either the company or the commission, but that doesn't matter. What matters is that I got my money back. If Ntherm charged you too much, I recommend that you seek help from your state's PUCO too. Who knows, it might work for you too!

Me and my wife were just searching for the best electric & natural gas carriers for her business since we all know things have been going downhill since 2020. After much deliberation, we settled on Ntherm.com who offered us low utility rates that were easy on the budget and seemed legit.

We were happy with the services provided to us until a few months later when "boom" out of nowhere, Ntherm did what no one saw coming! They doubled the rates claiming that it was due to countries in an unrelated civil, economic & militarial unrest claiming it was all about the global economy & resources in a global conflict. To be honest, we were highly suspicious of those claims as it did not make economic sense at all.

How on earth could the economies and resources of those countries have anything to do with our economy and resources here? High time we went back to Economics 101 folks! We understand that there are oligarch-type political entities here and there all over the world but surely, that does not give them the liberty to "double" our rates.

We had enough and we didn't keep quiet about it. We demanded that they terminate our breached contract without involving any surprise penalties. It's hard times we said to them and so-called business entities such as theirs were the ones creating these problems.

We ended up paying for 6 months worth of "rates" within three months all because of "Putin" and unethical business practices that seem to be rampant in today's society.
