My sons account has been deleted for no reason. i have emailed the epic support and they said they are not going to re open the account as they could not prove it was me that opened the account. This is an absolute joke as you have all my details and bank details of all the purchases made over the years. i would like a good reason why it was closed in the first place. if this can not be resolved i want a full refund of all the purchases that have been made over the years

Desired outcome: I HAVE SPENT ALOT OF MONEY ON HIS ACCOUNT AND I EITHER WANT HIS ACCOUNT BACK UP RUNNING OR A FULL REFUND OF EVERY PURCHASER MADE
