I ordered the skull shot glass around the 15th of November I am not sure of the exact date but they withdrew the money from my account on the 15th of november and I haven't recieved anything, no email or the shot glass.

Hi, I ordered a backpack not to long ago and I never received it, so I ordered another one and that one I got. Low and behold the other day I pull in the driveway, as I'm walking up to the door I see a package leaning on my door. Well I'll be I thought to myself. It was the first backpack I ordered. So now here I am with two back packs because of some error in the shipping process. The first backpack I ordered shows up over a month late and now about $100.00 later I'm feeling like I've been screwed over. Personally I think I should be credited for one of the backpacks and because of the screw up somewhere in the shipping process be able to keep both, sound fair to you, cause it does to me. I was order 02 items. 1 is Military Tactical Backpack colour Black and the 1 is Military Outdoor Waist Bag Pack colour Black.
I only get my Military Tactical Backpack. But not for the Military Waist Bag Pack.
The package that sent to me is mention 2. But it's only 1 items inside when I open it. I already search inside the Military Tactical Backpack, hope that it was put inside there. Nope, It's nothing there.

there is a problem with their website. images and colours do not match on the item that i ordered.

despite claims of refund and exchange, they simply replied saying that they do not see an issue and i should be happy with item

item was posted from china... i ended up buying the backpack i wanted for cheaper on Amazon... out of pocket and with an item i don't want... lesson learnt

"Hello i have the complaints about the tiny wifi security camera I ordered from you.

Im having so hard hard hard time to read the directions book. The words and pictures are so horrible tiny! Do you have something bigger i can read. I wear the glasses and they are literally tiny to read!

Also i found G7 for it on my wifi setting but what is the password? I used the password that u provided on the sticker back of the camera. The password (in number) is incorrect. I made my own password but still incorrect! Its very disappointing!

What can we do about this? Want to fix this solutions before I decide to ask for the full refund

No response until my second attempt on 7-28-18

Me "I have been trying to get ahold of anyone from your company for two weeks. I received the product as I ordered. The wifi connection doesn't work on my phone. I followed the direction on the manual book with horrible tiny words that I barely can read. I have perfect 20/20 visuals. So i looked up on youtube for the clearly direction and the connection for q7 does not work at all. I accessed the password as it showed on youtube as it was corrects. So the product i ordered wasn't what I expected at all. So i would like to get my full refund or i will put down the bad reviews about this product as i ordered from your company"

I ordered these shorts several weeks ago. The order number is 433490.

When receiving the invoice I bought to this Company's attention that that I ordered size 44 NOT size 40.

I have since Today (July 24. 2018) received two emails from Epic Deal Shop, one telling me ‘out of stock' the other e-mail received moments ago 20:30 PST the order is enroute- a total contradiction.

I have returned the email
With my own stating if they do not get this order corrected and directions sent by Noon tomorrow

My order number is 419761. I ordered it on 05/17/2018. I received an email informing me that the order was shipped on 05/23/2018. It stated it would take 5-14 days to arrive. When it did not arrive I emailed the company. Their only response was to tell me that it could take 2-4 weeks. It still has not arrived. The tracking status never changed. I do believe I was ripped off. I never received a response asking for money back. What are my alternatives?

I ordered a tactical jacket that took 3 weeks to receive. Upon my receipt of the jacket it had a very foul, rubber smell to it. Plus the jacket felt as if it was made out of rubber. I immediately placed it back inside the bag it was delivered in and emailed their customer service. I explained that I wanted to return the jacket because of the awful smell. 3 days later a received an email response apologizing, but if I wanted to keep the jacket if they gave me a 30% discount. I refused explaining that the smell was NOT going to come out of that jacket. I also requested that they please forward me an RMA, return address label. Again, 3 days later, they email me suggesting that I return the item back to them at the address they provided. Plus, that I had to pay for my return postage.
So... I received a jacket made in CHINA, that had a foul smell. They try to get me to KEEP the jacket at a discounted price. THEN, I have to pay for my own shipping for the return. That makes NO sense!
No customer service. They sell cheap Chinese products, that are made from U.S. recycled goods, and want NO part of your returned goods.

I purchased a military crossover bag from them only to find the name of a Chinese company or brand, embossed on the faux leather front and reference to authentic USA at the bottom! It also was despatched from China! There were so many frayed edges and loose threads too so I complained and said I wanted to return it - they offered be a 30% discount on the price. I refused then they offered me a 40% discount. As I love in the UK it would be too expensive to return so I just have to cut my losses.

I made these orders exactly 5 weeks ago. I kept asking for tracking numbers, shipping numbers, and I would get the same email.

They finally sent me 1 tracking number, LW251343606CN, and it said, Delivered Tuesday, May 23, 2017

I asked for my money back, and no response. Never received a tracking number for my 2nd order.

I communicated with the company about the color of the black as it was for a piece of studio equipment which is mobile. Every one of 42 pieces is black. I had no interest in green and I simply missed seeing it as being green until receiving.
I am not complaining - however I am logical. The average person is thrown by your measurements which are full and buyers assume the pack is much larger. It is simply amazing just how small this is - and as a vet to compare it to a military pack - is just wrong. I thought when finding this it would make a great gift for many in our group. I could keep the green one and give it away but I ordered black - and the system changed it - which is sad.
If you had a more costly large pack - I could have moved 50 of them easily. Not the greatest zippers - the ones on the green were open on either side of a zipper but I fixed that.
In essence - my thoughts are that you get by people on the size, partly our fault yes - but this appears to be a standard size back pack. It might hold a laptop, notebook, phone and glasses, but never in a military operation could something so little be used. And of course I am stuck with green which does not match. At least with black, it would match everything else - and I would just use it for a couple Mics and call it a day. Sad - I was looking forward to a great product, if this sold one time for the regular price, I just do not understand.

I would like to report that till now (March 2nd 2017) I have not received my order. It has went way above the claimed 2-4 weeks and I've been reading lots of complaints characterizing your website as a scam. I have been provided with a tracking number which does appear when I put it into canada post, HOWEVER this is what I have so far and it is starting to look like a SCAM! :

Item originated in China, then it kept getting delayed, then it supposedly arrived to Montreal, now it shows that it is back to China! This is unacceptable and I want a resolution in no more than 1 week. Either I receive my item, or I receive my refund. If none of these happens I will have to track the company and I am pressing charges and I can guarantee you that I will make sure your customer numbers drop to no more than you can count on fingers of 1 hand in no time. Please let us not reach this point.

I ordered a backpack as a Christmas present on December 5, 2016 after my fiance saw it online. I paid for it and I was not provided any other information other than a receipt that I paid for the item. It was charged on my card right away. No tracking number and still haven't received it. No phone number to contact. Seen several people have filed complaints against them. I would like my money back.

I have ordered a bag from EpicDeal website. When I received it I was very disappointed with my purchased because the bag looked nothing like pictures on their website! Before I made my order I checked the reviews and the were only positive ones, but now I know they all were 100% fake! The bag was much smaller than I expected and material was incorrect! I tried to contact someone from customer service but they never answered! Very disappointing experience!
