Entergy review: Poor performance

Entergy has failed to maintain the equipment in the area that i own my home. Power has gone out 4 times in less than 10 days. Power is only out in less that 50 houses when the entire subdivision has light. I live on one coner and the next coner has lights. This time no transfomers blew yet no lights. Going out with the falling of rain. Had ice and sleet and light were not out. Has caused my cameras to be out and now the loss of my food in my freezer. Light out 11:15 last night estimated not to be back on until 10 tomorrow night. Unacceptable. Live by myself and no heat.
