Entergy review: Electricity

1st off Entergy is way overcharging me for electricity for a 700 sq ft unit that is vacant and no power usage -last month133.00 the neighbor same size duplex with 3 people -her bill 63.00 - I wrote a check for previous bill -for same unoccupied no electric usage of 144.35 which was the amount of the bill -sent it in -then Entergy sends me a shutoff notice that I owe 10 cents. Called to get taken care of kelp me on the phone for 2 hours -then tells me there is nothing they can do about it. Went to my bank to find out Entergy doesn't return checks back to my bank so I can prove what the check was made out for. The thing is if they are ripping me off for 10 cents and others for whatever amount -shut off power so you pay reconnect fees and late charges. THAT'S FRAUD- Entergy is an evil company ripping people off daily and nothing is being done about it because they are a monopoly and in the pockets of powers that be and get away with theft. I also ask them to replace the meter and why my bill was so high with no usage- they had no answer other than that was the kilowatts used- They sent me a response they will go out and read the meter. What's that going to do- I ask for meter to be replaced because the bill is BS nobody living their and no power being used- This company doesn't care about people only RIPPING customers OFF. Theives- Might as well forget about calling customer service -all they care about is ENTERGY AND THEIR 10 cents from their mistake- they have no problem blaming the customer and overcharging - what's the poor customer going to do about it? That is the attitude- of ENTERGY-
