I signed an agreement to purchase a 24kw generator and gas tank with Energized Electric on January 20, 2022. As of 11/06/2022 I am waiting for the generator delivery/installation. I have been promised delivery in April, June, August, October and now Sara from the office called to say I will get the generator installed on November 28th. I assume that will not happen as well.

Desired outcome: I would want a refund for the generator, slab, and tank line with related labor in the amount of $10,000.

Do not give them any money. Check with the better business bureau.
