Endurance Warranty Services review: Transmission on 2010 nissan rogue

I bought this car used after I got it I got the endurance insurance for it. I drove this car 5 days aweek to work 61 miles a day it ran great no lights on nothing wrong. I went into the hospital for 7 days 3 where in icu. I wanted to go see my sister in another state so I started to go there after about 50 miles down the freeway I started to lose lose power so I turned around and went back to town I took it to a Nissan dealership and I told them I had endurance so they looked at it and said that the transmission was going out they called endurance they sent I person to look at it he said that they would not cover it as in the life time of the car it showed 17 times it had heated up so no. The dealership dealership said that there was no way for me to know that they just didn't want to pay for it I have talked to other shops and they said the same thing I could not know. I tried to talk to endurance and they will not help me. I don't have the money to fix it.
