Payment portal does not indicate what my account balance is and requires me to enter my ungodly long account number every time. Unable to register for an online account to view my bill because the Enbridge website is not designed to accept US zip codes. Online resources are not user-friendly and stymie all attempts to access account information in order to MAKE A PAYMENT. I’m not neglecting to pay my bill. I am UNABLE to pay my bill.
Recommendation: I would say go back to the Dominion portal that linked to the Enbridge portal, but that access route has been eliminated. So, my bill will remain unpaid until Enbridge allows US customers to create online accounts.
