Armani review: dark blue hooded jacket made of artificial leather

I am a customer of your company and ever since I remember myself, I was pleased with the quality of your products.
However, in September 2017, I purchased from the attica cosmos shopping mall a dark blue hooded jacket with wipper, made of artificial leather, for which I paid 440 euros.
Αlthough I didn't wear it very often and both cleaning and storing were done according to the instructions of this garment, unfortunately many parts of the artificial leather were torn (as proved from the attached photos).
Of course this fact made the jacket inappropriate for any use, during the last year.
So, I am sending this e-mail to you (as the mall suggested to me recently) in order to express my dissatisfaction and my disappointment about the quality of this product, which obviously wasn't worth the money I spent.
To be honest, what happened with my jacket made me really cautious about future purchases of garments from your company.
