My surgery needed Dr *** Dr) and an assistant surgeon from this company. She billed me for helping and turns out she was out of network. Also, they copied the 2 billing codes. They apparently removed 2 uterus. I've called every month to fix this. I'm not paying $17000.00 for something that ain't right and even though they're out of network my insurance company did pay them. They got a check for $11000.00, the right amount, 9 months ago. The lady I talked to always says she'll check it but it ain't right 'cause I usually get another *** a few weeks later for the wrong amount of 17k. This seems shady when they got paid the right amount right after the service. I hope people pay attention and only pay what they truly owe.

I contacted this biz and they don't have me in their records. They keep sending me invoices for me and my fam members. I think it's all fake. I also reached out to healthcare providers in the *** and they got no records of this biz using their places for my care.

This company did some stuff for the state to do free covid testing places. But turns out it ain't really free 'cause they can charge you fees. I paid 6 bills, one for each fam member who got tested. Then a month later, they sent me the same bill again, asking for money. They don't pick up the phone, don't call back, and now I'm gettin' worried that this company might be a scam.

I got a bill from this company that looks fishy. My insurance paid $250 for a covid test on 1/27/2022 for my kid. Then, out of the blue, I got another bill on 12/6/22 for services done on 1/27/22. This extra bill is all messed up. I've called the number on the bill a bunch of times, but it just sends me to voicemail. I left 2 messages, but no one bothered to call me back. On the bill, it says my insurance paid $122.80 for this specific service, but they claim they have no record of it.

I keep trying to reach this place for my wife (***) and me 'bout a fake bill we got for COVID-19 tests we never took. A while back, I talked to ***, MD and he said he'd pass my info to the billing folks to fix it. But we still keep getting bills in the mail. On 7/17/22, I sent a fancy letter to their PO Box asking 'em to sort this out 'cause we didn't take those tests they're billing us for.

I got a bill for my daughter from Emergency Medical & Surgical Specialists of Colorado, LLC. The bill said it was from ***, S. but we don't know any health care provider by that name and we never went to Emergency Medical & Surgical Specialists of Colorado. They said the services were on 01/12/2022, 04/08/2022, and 12/27/2022, but she didn't have any appointments on those days. They sent a bill to my insurance on 01/12/2022 for Covid-19 treatment or "Infectious agent detection," but she's vaccinated and never had Covid. I told my insurance company about this and they're looking into it. I tried calling the number on the bill a few times, but a recorded message said nobody was there to answer and to leave a voice message.

I called Emergency Medical and Surgical Specialists of Colorado billing department 12 times, and left messages at least 6 of those times. I even had my insurance CIGNA call one time and they said these people would get back to me. I had one call back and the rep left her email, I emailed her and have not had a reply. I am calling to ask about my *** because after talking to my insurance, the way the company filed the *** it fell out of network with my insurance. If they would refile under the providers name listed on the *** then it would be in-network and paid for by CIGNA. I haven't been able to get a hold of ANYONE to ask about this. I'm shocked at the lack of customer service and honestly it feels criminal because it seems like they are purposely not responding to my attempts to reach out because they want to force this *** into collections or something. I'm so sad and disappointed by this, I wouldn't recommend their services to anyone. I'll also be reaching out to the provider *** to complain and let her know we won't use her for the next baby because of the lack of customer service.

I got billed for services from two dates way back: 12/28 and 5/17/2022. I reckon this company is shady 'cause I never went to the places they claim I did, in *** or ***. They're charging me for "infectious agent detection," which sounds like covid testing. Now, I did get a couple of covid tests done at those 'free testing' spots the government told us about, but those dates don't match up. I got insurance for these services, ya know. Last month, I already told 'em they got the wrong person, but they still sent another bill. The hospitals they say they served ain't ones I ever went to. The only hospital I went to was *** Hospital, and that was before a procedure where they took my insurance info. Nobody told me I'd have to pay for any covid tests, especially when I made sure they were supposed to be 'free.' And these dates don't line up with when I would've gotten tested either. They might've mixed me up with someone else, but I don't know how they found my address to send me a bill. They want $724 from me. Thanks for lookin' into this. It might be some criminal stuff goin' on. I reckon it's one of them sketchy companies takin' advantage of our pandemic mess.
