I paid $5250 for a service that was supposed to make my Ed go away. I got the service but it didn't work. I want my money back.

I went to this clinic 12 times. Every time, I saw different doctors and techs. They told me I would have male staff, but sometimes there were female staff too. They promised I would see progress after 3 visits, but they kept asking me to come back and pay more every time.

I got 12 treatments for ED at Oak Ridge Medical Clinic and paid $5300. I was promised that I would see results within 12 treatments. They assured me that only male doctors would assist me, but I ended up working with female doctors and young doctors too. I asked for a refund, but they refused to give me one. When I called to discuss the issue, they abruptly ended the call.

On August 23, 2022, I gave them 6000 dollars after they lied. They said the treatment would help me have sex again. I believed them. I travel 78 miles each way. Gas ain't cheap. I've had ten treatments so far and nothing's happening. Monday will be the tenth useless trip. I want my 6000 dollars and gas money back.

They said you can get 6 treatments and a $650.00 gift worth $800.00 for free! But now the new ad says 5 treatments and a gift for $800.00 free, so why does it cost $5,930.95? I only got 7 treatments, according to the ad, and I had to pay for 1 after the 6 free treatments! And it didn't work as they promised, it's false advertising and they tricked me into paying for the entire treatment!

My experience at Oak Ridge clinic in Independence, MO wasn't great. I had 12 procedures done, but unfortunately, they didn't work. They suggested I do a 13th procedure for an additional $100, but I declined because it didn't seem worth it. Even the gift they sent me didn't work either. I've already paid $1,961, but the total cost is actually much higher. I'm really hoping to get a refund. Another issue was that there were different people almost every time I went, which made it hard to establish a consistent relationship. I spoke to other men who had similar experiences and it didn't work for them either.

I think my last appointment was in April 2022. I went there for about 12 to 16 sessions and I let them know after the 4th session that I wasn't having any results with the procedure they were doing, and I told them several times afterwards. Each time, they always said, "Oh, you have to wait and give it a couple more weeks." So, I waited each time and there was no change in the results. Finally, after the last session, I informed them again that there was no change in my condition and their response was, "Oh well, sometimes you have to wait and give it 2 months after your last session." Again, I gave them the benefit of the doubt. After the 2 months, I called them and their response was, "Well, we can give you some tune-up sessions for $100 each." I said no, I wasn't giving them any more money, especially when nothing they had done worked at all. Their answer was, "Well, we don't give any refunds for any reason." But their advertisements on television are very misleading and they give you a false sense of hope as if this procedure works for everyone. Well, I haven't met anyone yet that it worked for. So, as a result, I'm now on the hook for $4000 and I got nothing that they promised.

I went to the Oak Ridge Medical Clinic on 10/20/2022 after seeing their ad on Kansas City's Spotlight. I'm really mad about how they do things. They charged me $4800 for 6 ED treatments and 6 extra treatments, along with a free gift for instant results in the bedroom, just like they showed on TV. They said I would get the treatments once a week, starting with the first one on 10/20/22. My spouse came with me for that one and the next one on 10/27/2022.

But then, the clinic called and said they couldn't do my third treatment on 11/3/22 because they didn't have enough staff. They rescheduled it for 11/10/22, which meant 14 days between treatments. That made me suspicious. Also, my spouse asked about the gift for the bedroom, but it never showed up.

Out of the six treatments I had, there were five different people doing them. One time, I asked to see the doctor because four out of six treatments were completely different. I told them to call me when they had a doctor and if I would ever get the bedroom gift. But I haven't heard from them since.

On 1/19/23, I went to a urologist who told me not to go back to Oak Ridge Medical Clinic. I feel like I got scammed and I don't think they have any professional ethics. I also feel like my privacy was violated. I'm not even sure if they have a real doctor overseeing the clinic. The only thing I have is a copy of the loan agreement.
