Bought wireless mouse and keyboard on 12 February night, it gave me a message of usb malfunction keyboard works mouse stop working and even it's light stop.
I have returned it today 16/2 /2021 morning to Emax oasis mall branch, they told me there is no immediate replacement in the first 14 days and it will be sent to the dealer for checking, I spoke to the customer service lady and her in charge who was very stubborn and said he is not aware of any law in Oman for replacement of an item in first 14 days.
Very bad experience with Emax, very bad staff, very bad customer service.
I have dealt with all suppliers in Oman all replace any product in first 14 days without any negotiations.
I will complain too to customer protection.
