Emax / Max Electronics review: Delivery

I purchased a refrigerator from emax Mirdiff City Center, Dubai on 5th February 2022. They have promised to deliver the refrigerator on 7th February 2022. When we called the customer care on 7th February 2022, they informed us the order has just been placed and delivery won’t be possible on the same day. So we waited one more day but none turned up. When we called on 8th February, they were not sure whether they would be able to deliver the same. Now I am still waiting for my refrigerator . Very bad service and very unprofessional.
