I bought Nokia 8 in January 2018, and from the first day there was an issue of "Call waiting & Camera was not fixed properly" but they first told it could be issue from service provider so I checked and at last they asked to give for repair and when I went at Emax Store @ Ghurair Mall, Dubai. they don't have any spare unit and the customer care representative was very rude and was making fun in front of other customers. So I have given repair @ Axiom Care it got repaired and now again the same issue persist along with " Vibration is stopped working and Notification doesn't work randomly" So I visited Emax Store on again the lady haven't address properly and was very rude. I think the device is faulty and I have asked for the replacement on urgent basis.

My Complaint number is : SRF [protected]

Kindly look into this issue.

I hope I will not get more disappointments from Emax.
