Totally professional! From start to finish the crew were absolutely skilled, prepared covering the yard with tarp, clean all roofing material. I will recommend United roofing company to anyone who needs their roof done.

From the very first interaction with United Georgia Roofing the representative assured me that they would be able to deliver the brand new roof I needed and handle all the necessary paperwork to make the process worriless. Well, they didn't disappoint! All my insurance claim paperwork was handled as well as HOA. I met with the representative and they explained the process professionally and completely. Stood in *** contact with me and my insurance company. My roof had shingles missing and it was leaking into my bedroom and with the rain coming down I was in need of immediate attention. They came out and inspected my roof. Help to file the claim and was there when my adjuster came to inspect my roof for the claim. They came on a Friday morning around 7:30 am and immediately got to work. I had been advised to take down anything hanging on the walls because of the vibrations of the hammering and work that was going to be done to avoid anything falling down. Around 5:30 the crew was packing it up and they cleaned up. They left everything looking like they had not even been there. Clean and no debris. The next day they came and did the work in my bedroom and the ceiling was left like new. Can't even tell unless you are under the area the work was done and the only reason its noticeable is due to the texture of my ceiling (stucco type) not easily to be match. but work was done perfectly. The whole ceiling was painted. Very pleased with my new roof and their professionalism and courtesy to keep me updated. I will be glad to recommend them to family or friends. Very satisfied customer.
