I got a new roof and some extra roofing stuff done by Bill Walther Construction & Roofing, Inc. They did it all in one day, which was pretty cool. Everyone I talked to was really nice. The whole crew did a really good job and it didn't cost too much. They started early and finished in the evening. I think they're a really good company and I would tell other people to use them too.

I can't even tell you how much I appreciate the work they done at my house. They show up when they say they're going to and they did a good job. They took a job that other people wouldn't take and they did a really good job at it. I'd recommend this company to anyone who asked. If you need a roofer, this is the company you need to use.

Bill Walther Roofing put new roof shingles on my crib. They gave me a quote that was on time and not too pricey. The stuff was dropped off and the next day, the roofers came in the AM. They had enough guys, so they did the whole roof in one day. The crew was skilled and knew their stuff. They cleaned up the site real good - no junk or nails around the new roof. I totally recommend Bill Walther Roofing for new roofs.

6/29- Bill Walther Roofing and Construction did a great job puttin our new roof on our house. Glenn was a cool dude to deal with from start to finish. The crew that did the work were real pros and worked hard. They were real respectful to my fam and pets. They did everything they said they would do and it cost what they said it would. I would tell anyone who wants a good roof at a fair price to go with them.

This is the worst roofing company in Northwest Florida. We hired them for a new roof before Hurricane Sally in 2020. But after the storm, they didn't respond to us at all. We had many leaks and had to use pots and pans to collect water in the attic. We tried to contact them for 3 MONTHS but got no response. So we hired another company, but they couldn't get a permit because Bill Walther had one open. We tried calling, texting, emailing, and even sent certified letters, but they didn't respond. We begged them to close the permit so we could get our roof fixed, but they didn't care. Only after we threatened legal action did they finally respond in December . But as of March , they still haven't closed the permit. The state office is investigating, and we will pursue this company to the fullest extent possible. Don't trust them- they don't care about people. They offer warranties, but they won't respond after they get your money. Do your research- many others have had similar experiences with Bill Walther.

Don't hire this company. I don't like leaving bad reviews, but they left me no other options. Bill Walther roofing put a new roof on my house in the summer of 2019. They were a little messy with clean up in my yard, but overall I was happy with the experience. Good price, looked great, and no issues. After Hurricane Sally hit in September , I saw a small area of water damage on my ceiling. Since my roof was still under warranty, I put a tarp on the roof and contacted Bill Walther to come check for damage. I know roofing companies are super busy after hurricanes, but it was impossible to even get them on the phone. I'm not asking for next day service, I just want a call back. After calling and leaving messages about every 2 weeks, I finally got an employee to call me back and check my roof in JANUARY. He said the only repairs needed were a couple of damaged shingles that would be covered under warranty, and he would send someone out that week to replace them. I never heard from him again. I have left messages every 2-3 weeks for the past FIVE MONTHS trying to get a date scheduled for this repair, and have never heard anything back. Don't hire this company unless you want to feel stranded in limbo waiting for the disappearing staff to call you back. I will update this review with a better rating IF and WHEN I ever get a response from them.

Bill Walther Construction & Roofing, Inc. did my roof in April . They did a good job, but they left the Fascia off the northeast end of my home. I told them twice to come fix it, but no one has come to look at it. The last time I talked to someone about it was March 13.

Bill Walther Roofing, Inc didn't give me the papers I needed after they finished the job. I already told them about it, but they still haven't given me the "Release of Lein" that I need. I went to the county and got the Certificate of Completion for the permit, but my bank needs the notarized release to give me a good rate on a line of credit. The bank talked to someone at Walther Roofing who knew about the deadline, but they still didn't give me the papers on time. Because of that, I missed out on a good deal.

Bill Walther Construction & Roofing, Inc. did a roof replacement on my dad's house on ***., Pensacola FL32504. They messed up the roof on my dad's carport with their equipment and also damaged the gas vent pipe and insulation on the central HVAC, which cost $300 to fix. My brother, Wes ***, reached out to them after the roof was done and let them know about the damages. He's tried calling them multiple times, but they haven't returned his calls. We want them to fix the carport roof and give us back the $300. The HVAC company that fixed the vent pipe and insulation said that the roof replacement caused the damage.

I had my whole roof replaced by Bill Walther Construction & Roofing, Inc. on July 15 at *** Way Pensacola. I paid them $5053.00 in full and my personal insurance company, Universal Property and Casualty Co., covered the repair. However, I have not received a certificate of completion from the City of Pensacola, FL with photos. I have called the company's phone number numerous times, but only get an answering service that promises a call back. My calls are never answered! I have also tried to reach Mr. Wayne Wilson, who seems to be supervising the job and estimates, but he is very hard to reach. I guess I can only reach him 20% of the time and he always promises to solve the problem, but never does! I even called the City of Pensacola and they said the certificate action was unsatisfactory on October 20. I have been unable to talk with anyone at the roofing office in the past week. The roofing service was good, but the customer service needs improvement.

I was lied to and treated badly by Bill Walther Roofing Lic #RGXXXXXXX. I hired them to do a new roof and new vinyl siding on my home in June . I had issues with *** the owner and *** the project manager. I asked for their electrician to come out and check my home's electrical after my property was affected by a fire. They said they would send someone but no one came. After weeks of waiting, they told me to hire my own electrician. They put up the vinyl siding without checking the electrical. They had a worker quit halfway through and covered up my attic vent and a hole in my wall. They also broke many things. They put up my outside lighting and receptacles without a professional electrician. I lost power in my living room and dining room multiple times for weeks. I called them multiple times but they refused to help. I paid them over $15,000 but they said it's not their problem. I'm waiting for an electrician to come and fix the problem they caused. It took them 30 days to do my vinyl siding. I'm a single mom and I'm shocked and hurt that they treated me so dishonestly.
