booked a trip to Switzerland and was told over the phone during booking that if I purchased the "trip insurance" I would be able to cancel for a full refund. I bought the insurance and put a deposit on the trip. I had to cancel 250 days before the trip was scheduled to leave. They told me I could have a voucher or use my money for a future trip. That is not what I was told when I booked the trip. I asked for my $749.00 back. They told me to reach out to their " Insurance company" Broadspire. They sent me a link to Broadspire, which did not work. Eventually I was able to get on Broadspire site with great difficulty. They are now asking me for HIPAA protected information. I just want my $749.00 back as was explained to me when I booked with this fraudulent company.
Claimed loss: $749.00
Desired outcome: refund of $749.00
