Made a $155.00 purchase for my friends birthday. She called me to tell me she had never received it. Called edible arrangements in Metairie and they volunteered to send pictures to show they did deliver it and would call me back. Never called back, I called later that day And they said they could not provide the pictures. The employee was VERY rude saying that the recipient was a liar. She switched stories back and forth stating their policy is to never leave an arrangement at someone's door but on this occasion the driver did. From a customer that has used edible arrangements on many occasions I am disgusted with the lack of respect.
Edible Arrangements - horrible/rude customer service
This place is horrible. I placed an order online for appreciation bouquet-small with a coupon. I was supposed to be charged $31.54 not the $36.98 charged on my card. The difference is $5.44. The rude females that work there only want to refund $5. The refuse to listen to anything I was saying, kept putting me on hold, and was yelling telling me that I was being rude. I haven't reached my rude point until the female dog yelled may god bless and have a good day. Excuse me she must be crazy. So she think god is going to bless her for her actions. Um heck no. If I have a recorder and knew how to put the recording online, ppl will hear how horrible their service is. I urge everyone to never ever purchase anything from them ever. I also get a phone call from the person the arrangement was for telling me they strawberries wasn't all that good and the ones someone else sent them from sharis berries even though they costed a bit more were way better and was shipped to them from where ever sharis berries is because we dont have one in la.
The complaint has been investigated and resolved to the customer’s satisfaction.
Think about it lady if she was giving you a 5.00 refund after tax stupid it's 5.44 cents do you math. I am a two year customer with them they are awsome I would reccomend them to anyone

Tried to order a platter of just chocolate dipped strawberries for a corporate event. Was told only could order the platter with the heart pineapple center piece and heart candies on strawberries. Explained this was not for Valentines Day but a corporate event and that someone attending to take offensive to the hearts. The girl at customer service, [protected], proceeded to tell me she was in law school and no one would take the hearts in a suggestive way. I asked her if she has every managed individuals or been involved with EEO/Sexual Harassment claim. Again she proudly stated that she was in Law School studying law and that no individual could complain about the hearts.
Guess you cannot order from them unless it is a holiday. It is 1/31/2019 and they are still selling platters for New Year's Day with 2019, holiday platter with holiday characters, etc.
