Greetings my name is Isaac tshabalala I bought a huaw Y3 on the 26/07/2018 at menlyn park edgars I used it only for a month and it lost memory I took it back to Edgar to be repaired which it took a month to be repaired when it came back from Repaire service it came with scratches on top and a friendly sales person by the name of stephina mtsweni took it back to repair center, now the problem I have is that I have to wait for another month for those scratches to be removed please I need service.
