Finally, my problem is solved. I finally got the posession of my house for which I paid Eden 20 lak Rs. I got the possession 3 years after the given day This is how it worked for me:

Found a good/political link of MPA of Punjab assembly.
He put me through to an high rank officer of LDA (Lahore development authority) which regulated all these private societies like Eden.
After lots trips of the offices of LDA, high ranked LDA officer finally sent a letter to Eden housing that we have received a complain against you
My tiny 3 marla house was completed within exact 30 days after the deadline set by LDA for Eden
But the 90% of the houses are still un-constructed and there is almost zero work being carried out in general in the coloney for the last 2-3 years. All these house were supposed to be allotted back in 2008/09.

My advise is to use your sources to the max and yes, you can get possession of your house if you have high ranked links and somebody in Lahore to run around for you else you should keep praying that one day Eden will give you your deserved house for which you have paid long time before.

i visited the site of eden garden extension, there is no land avaiable for this scheme. i had booked 2 plots in this scheme and paid 40% of amount but now i m sure that i have wasted my money. LDA has also verified that eden garden ext is never approved by them and Eden has no land at the site for this scheme. i have decided to go the court. i will bear all expenditures myself. i only want other people to join me for supporting the case. Trust me the people who formed group and negotiated with Eden management got their money back from Eden fraudulent company. I think we need to form another group of Eden effecties and talk to their top management to return the money. I am sure you guys will agree on this. Let me know how many people are still suffering.

Dear all affectees of Eden. Nowadays, they are advertizing more scheme on TV. Why not all of us jointly contribute by advertizing in the major Pakistani newspapers about their fraud so that more innocent people can be prevented from getting entrapped in their wicked tricks.

Under NAB ordinance all acts of EDens as described on this board fall under definition of corruption and fraud. I had filed an application to Chairman NAB against Dr. Amjad who is mastermind of all this fraud. By grace of God NAB made him to return my money along with 10% mark up. I have got my money and thanked GOD.

Eden people do these frauds to their clients in every project.
They haven't given any maps to Eden Lands people who have paid 80% of their plot price. The map they are showing in their office has no approval number from LDA and a fake map.
Eden Meadows people has paid 50% of plot prices and there is no map so far whether approved or fake.
For Eden Gardens Extension they will not give you any map or possession. Furthermore if you go their office they will always have fake clients there. They will say don't worry, no problem, we have 4 plots, why are you worried.

You are talking about 100, 000 loss, I have seen people trying to sale their file in Eden at 50% but there is no buyer because of Eden Frauds. I have one file tell me if there is any person to buy it in 60%. There is no way out of this trap except just forget your money or get ready to fight a case in court. One more thing, they always trap people who are doing jobs because they have no enough resources to fight in court because of our judicial system. But I believe one day Allah will do the justice and people like Eden will find no way to hide themself. every body should be at red alert when going to buy any plot or home from eden housing developers, they and even their employees are ph.d in lying.they will entrap you and your money on investment will reach at valueless level, after paying 77% payment against my reserved plot in enden land at ferozepur road, nobody is going to buy my file even one lac discount, because eden is only one fraud company who did not have any agreement at booking and after booking .even they don't give you the map which they show you at office.because that map is big fraud .even now they don't give you the approval no.by LDA. alas! is there any body who can show me the way to come out from their trap.

the eden developers are jugular of cheating. I bought a house in eden canal villas and got possession in 2006, since then they are using dilly-dally tactics to transfer legally to my name.Even there is one who can satisfy You. How blatant cheater they are, no body even punjab gov, is conniving their illegal activities, I paid full transfer stamps fees one and half year ago but all in vain, nobody is going to give me satisfactory response.only they are and were saying that they will do it when head of frauds mean owner of they company give them green signal . They showed Eden Lands in front of Eden Gardens Now they are saying Eden Lands is on Back of Eden Gardens. If you ask them to give you map, they will say come to Eden Office
If you ask them you are abroad and cannot come then they will say do what you can do but we will not send you map. This is first step of Fraud that they are not giving maps even after payment of 80% of plot price. Further the location where they showing the Eden Lands. There is no development at all and possession is due in June 2012.

i booked a plot in eden land about three years ago, their commitment is of possession is 3-1/2 years and i paid 77% of the total price But still unable to get any map of the scheme neither they are going to have an agreement with me, they are going to have a big fraud with public, when related government authorities will awake before time.they are cheating the public for many years .the site they showed me for the eden land is now under construction for eden homes not for plots and now they are showing me the place that is still under crop cultivation.s big big ...big fraud is going to be happen in next few months

The best thing you can do is to send email, fax or letters to Chief Justice of Pakistan, Overseas Pakistanis Minister, OPF, Director NAB, FIA and Chief Sec Punjab Govt. More applications means they will have to do dealt with it. Good luck all

Going to courts in Pakistan should be the last option. If you decide to go to court then you will file a civil suit and a civil suit in Pakistan means spending years in courts. Eden is now grown to be a mature business Pakistani group with a lot of lawyers in panel and all the right connections to survive with all such immoral deeds. think about other options if you really want to deal with them. Find out people who are serious and have time and nerves to deal the situation.

I think there is no one who is serious to take action against Eden. I have read a lot of threats...a lot of requests to make groups but practically...there is no group...and threats are only threats...no one dare to drag Eden to Court...

Those who are seriously interested to take action against Eden Housing should make a group to deal with Eden Housing.

My name is Tahir and I am one of the Eden's affectees. I have also booked 1 kanal plot in Eden Meadows and paid lot of money and now nothing in my hand in terms of plot.

I am sending this message to all friends who are effected from Eden's fraud. I strongly believe that filing a case against Eden in the court is the only solution available to this problem. If we all join together and then file a case that will be beneficial to all of us. I am asking people to send me email and then I will send one combined email to all of you to show the strength of Eden's affectees.

I booked a home in Eden Garden Dream Homes along Ferozpur road in 2008 and since then have paid 33 installemnets plus development charges etc worth 23.62 lac and now they are demanding to pay about 7lac in one go till next month and if their progress is evaluated then its zero. As per their so called promise they are supposed to hand over the homes till May 2012. That scheme exists only in papers and plans but not in real. They dont reply to the complaints at all. they are big fraud and I request you all please lets try to fight against them.

These people are money hungry empire. They have many projects in Lahore but not completing anything. Their Project details are;
1. Eden Lane Villas 1 they handover possesion in 2010 (4 years late) but there is no Gas and internet even today.
2. Eden Lane Villas 2, they promiss completion in 2008 but still not delivered. Few houses delivered but no gas, phone and internet.
3. Eden Abad, promise in 2010, but not delivered so far, now people are going to contact Supreme Court of Pakistan for Fraud.
4. Eden Garden homes, promise in 2010. But not delivered. Next delivery date is June 2012. These people are suffering and also going to supreme court
5. Eden Meadows and Eden Garden Extension. It is more than one year of Eden Meadows, no map and no land. This company did not give map in more than one year how will they give u plot. They are saying that LDA is not approving their map and according to LDA, they don't have any land there.

Please try to get Unite to fight against this BULL ### EDEN. I am also a vicitm for their Project EDEN ABAD on Defence Road near Valencia. Their repeated delays in Possession show that Management doesn't have any interest in this Project. Their promises of possession are of no value. Ref your reply, Dated 4th Oct.2011. on the above subject, I was surprised to hear that after so many long delays already, yet another, very long delay is handed over to me. After the 3rd quarter of next year means one more year from now. That too is just an " anticipation ". If after so many years, the project has not come out of anticipating stage, it obviously points towards lack of sincerity on the part of the company.

Although this money that has been paid, is a small amount for the company but is definitely a considerable amount for the client. Trouble is, that the relevent rules & regulations have been framed in such a unjustifiable way that a client cannot even pull out without suffering substantial monetary loss, even if the delay is caused due to company's part & not due to any lapse on the part of the client. Not to mention the period that money has been lying with the company.

I remember, on one hand, a few days delay in payment of any instalment is not ignored, instead charged with good & proper interest, on the other, years of delay entails no panalty to the company. Is it not unfair ?

Last year I even accepted company's offer to switch the house (from 412 to 417), thinking this would expedite the handover process, but here I am, another 2years(1+1) delay. And God knows how many delays like this. Is it going to ever end ?

Although, I had tried to make my payments almost religiously on time, barring a few unavoidable delays in days only, I am disappointed in the way Eden is handling its affairs, specially this one. One might think one is gaining in the short term, but Imagine how it must be effecting the company's reputation in the long run ? Leave alone the day of judgement.

I have tried to get in touch with the CEO, regarding above, but it seems that either he is too busy to spare time for such petty matters or my request never reached him. If there is any way by which, I can with draw, without loosing my money, please advise me. Afterall, how long should one wait ?

I totally agree with most of you they are cheaters please do not buy any plot or house from them. they delay my house alomost two years in Lane villa 2 near eden abad. We should raise and put a case on them in SC. They are not even bother about our complains. The owner is busy in building big palae for his wife like white house on canal road. Please speared this new to all now they are putting lot of money on advertisement of new projects. They are cheaters.

They have not delivered possession of eden projects in the near past (I mean in last 5 years). They might have delivered few projects in the distant past but now they are abusing the goodwill they had earned.
If you have extra money to throw away in a ditch, then go ahead. otherwise stay away from eden projects.

Please suggest... I have a plan to buy a plot at eden garden extention. Is there any issue or expected late completion like eden villas and other projects. I will be highly appreciated for your suggestions in this regard.

I totally agree with Mr. S.Mushtaq, infact they have only dates for people and not the possession. Actually it is our fault that we have given them the right to play with us. Why do we not unite against them and let the other people to know that they should not purchase property from them. For Eden lane Villas 2 the new promised date of delivery is October 2011. Keep waiting for a new date after October 2011.
Between [protected] they used to give a 3 months date for delivery of the houses, now they have started giving 6 months date.
