It is the incident of 2019 when Mr. Ali asger haveliwala has introduced us about the dholera s.i.r project and said that it is a good investment scheme and just in 2.50 lac u will get the plot and everyday whenever u send the promotion video of the company u will get the income.
Unfortunately my father is trapped in this as the things are placed in such a fantasy that he didnt understood the scam and invested his hard earned retirement money in this, amounting Rs 7.50 lac .
From last two years we have not got the promised income neither the plots are registered.
We are helpless don't know we're to go and how to recover the amount .

the company claims themselves as an authorised real estate agent of dholera s.i.r, and sells the property to customers by proving ponzi scheme and greed the people's by promising to give double the amount in an year

I also cheted by alpesh nimavat for buying a plot in dholera sir. I want to register a case against him. Company also not give me any copy of land registry after 3 months now. And I also received 667 rupees per day from company from nearly 2 months. But now no payment recive and no answer receive from company side. what I do about this froud. How I take return my money. Plz help me about this.

His past companies are all Striked Off By MCA, he is a defaulter in banks, and his only business is to conduct fraudlent activities whether it is dholera plots or onecoin trading. He is one of the biggest promotor of fraud crypto currency company onecoin and is still dealing in cryptocurrency despite goverment ban.

Alpesh Nimavat owns not a single piece of land in dholera and sells the plot in the land which he doesnt own. He runs this company illegally only to lure people in this business. He has done this 4 times in past few years and duped people of crores of rupees. Initally he will give commission and payout on time to gain trust of the clients and after 3 to months he will stop your payments and even not answer your calls.
All the investors who has invested in his plan, be careful he is about to go bankrupt and will soon be an absconder.

1.they are selling 350 sq feet plot for 240, 000 rupees in Ponzi scheme
the plot is situated beyond the dholera s.i.r territory, even though the company and there promoters Rakesh Patel, Ramesh Italia, Kishor Soni, Rajeshbhai claim false commitment to the investor's by talking about dholera s.i.r

2. the company is also giving you 665 rupees daily upto double your amount - for just clicking there own videos - it's equal to 100% money rotation going on openly (royal bharti group is unable anywhere to prove that how they generate this 665 daily after selling the plot)

3. royal bharti promoters, take investment by showing there c.m.d photo with central government minister shri ramvilas athawle and other political leaders (which are all fake, Alpesh Nimavat has no credibility to even think of receving such prestigous awards.

4. royal bharti is awarded for president award and abdul kalam award - this message is passed in the market, but the award is not given for clicking and returns schemes

5. the c.m.d amit nibawat of royal bharti - was the ex promoter of crypto currency - he worked in many concept like one coin and others

6. the promoters of royal bharti group are also belong to fraud background, they have already dubbed millions of rupees and damaged india economy by also promoting lot of investment, roi based plans and crypto.
Alpesh Nimavat has also being jailed several time for frauds in past and still this fraudlent person comes back with another fraud plan.
He has duped several people and Baroda, Surat, Ahmedabad, Rajkot and many cities all over india.

We have registered a police complaint against Alpesh Nimavat and his promotors along with the company, and given all the proofs of his activities to the Authorities, Income Tax Department, RERA department, and Crime Investigation Department.
Soon this cheater will be in jail for his fraud activites, so i request all the investors to take initiative and file a police complaint against him if you are also cheated like me.
