domestic builder
Beware, don't be fooled by this builders charm. A "wanna be builder" driven by dollars, that only holds a limited class registration yet works beyond his capacity. Insists on using the same surveyor from CRC Building Surveyors who is a family friend of the builder. My home remains non-compliant, no sign off yet this builder continues to work and get away with it.
This cowboy needs to be stopped in his tracks and be shut down. Spread the word!

We thank you for taking the time to write such a damming review. But as all readers know there are always three sides to a story. Yours, Mine and the outcome at VCAT.
Truth being that you are willing to drag our name and company through the mud without giving even a glimpse of the truth. Its truly disappointing that you would both go to these lengths. JADhomes is not a keyboard warrior but will not be slandered by persons.
FACTS:
- JADhomes is a registered building company that produces quality, pristine and luxury homes.
- JADhomes is a registered company that holds both a DBU and DBM Licence.
- This issue Con and Irene Margaritis was resolved at VCAT.
- The job contracted for was to lockup stage only.
- Con and Irene Margaritis continued to illegally use JADhomes builders’ licence to continue works WITHOUT JADhomes consent.
- Con and Irene Margaritis were to take over works with other contractors from lockup stage until completion …. And did not do so.
- CRC Building Surveyors are a reputable company whom JADhomes have been working with for over ten years.
- Con Margaritis threatened the builder, members of the builder’s family, and workers with violence and vile comments and as a result had an avo taken out against him.
JADhomes has moved on from this issue.
We will not be conducting in a keyboard feud. This is a one-off comment to clear up any slander Con and Irene Margaritis would like to portray to the public.
