I purchased 2 separate orders from the website and had to return some of the items. I have purchased from this company for well over 25 years, from jackets coats to pants shoes everything believe me my credit card is well used. The past 2 years I have noticed the quality of some items is not what it used to be, customer service declined but not to the level it is now. And the worst part is no one will answer your phone call. If by chance someone who does answer who you cannot understand will just hang up on you. I am waiting for 2 refunds one that stated they had my return from November 25 and the other December 8th and guess what? I am still waiting. Well I have been buying all my gifts and clothing for my self and husband from Columbia and it just looks like that is my new trend. They blame it on the ongoing pandemic from their trashy recording which is total nonsense. So here I wait for refunds from items not worthy of being sold by them.

Today, May 27, 2023, Saturday, we shopped in Eddie Bauer Outlet at 447 Great Mall Dr Space 155A, Milpitas, CA 95035 around 11:00 am. Three women's cirruslite down vests (XS, S, and M size) were hanged on a clothe rack and 50% off label was listed on top of the rack (see photos attached). We took one vest with M size and went to check out at cashier where the manager Paul refused to offer us 50% off price listed for the vest but 30% off price. Do you think it is fair to a consumer? As a company Eddie Bauer should be honest to all customers and must implement what it listed. So we request Eddie Bauer Outlet to make something correct. Thanks

I purchased an Eddie Baurer flannel shirt for my husband for Christmas from Kohl's in Cheyene, Wyoming, and we discovered that the Large size he usually wears, was too small. So I purchased an Extra Large, with my husband saying he could wear the large size around home. Unfortunately, the Extra Large is still too small - this issue being the body length of the shirt. There is barely enough for him to tuck into his jeans. They are both nice shirts, but he doesn't feel comfortable wearing them out of the house.

I placed an order for many Eddie Bauer Reindeer PJs and sent the full order back when I could get the same PJ's at Costco.

I sent them ALL back and have only received a minimal amount of my amount due. I know they all were received as a return or I would not have gotten a partial refund.

Also I have been trying on and off for a full week to get onto your website to look at my order and what is being tracked as refunded only to be blocked. WWW says website has too much traffic and cannot be accessed... very odd? Never had a problem before for this webiste.

Costco had these sweat pants/ leggings at the store. They happened to be on sale for a pack of 2. Dusty Rose/Blue. Black / Green. They are comfortable, I must say. They were selling like hot cakes.
My complaint is I haven't washed them often, and I wash them inside out. I don't put in the dryer either, I hang dry my clothes.
I bought them last year just before winter, but wore them once and the material is balling so bad that when you rub your hand on them, it is so rough.

I bought them for comfort and your Name Brand. Thought they would be a good quality material. They are not.
The #'s on the black is 1566902, C0522-07, the Rn#no 157622. I'm sure each of the colors have different #'s.
This is not a prank, Women's clothes should be comfortable to wear.
I live in Canada.

Please advise on what can be done with them, as I have 6 pairs as I bought 3 pkgs as I wanted something comfortable to wear to work.

In November I bought a coat from the online store. The coat that I bought was not available in store. They shipped it out to me several days after the purchase. They told me it was undeliverable! I went to repurchase it then they told me that they no longer had my size! I bought a smaller size, and they told me they shipped it. Then again, their shipper "Landmark" have said that is undeliverable. I have been a good customer with them for years. They have not been providing good customer support to me at all and I am disappointed!

I ordered five items online eddie bauer, and received two of them.I contacted fedex about the delivery and they stated all items were delivered(two items) and there were no other items. eddie bauer customer service said all five items were

delivered. They gave me a credit for missing items but said they could not reorder items because they were no longer in stock.(all missing items still in stock), Customer service was located in third world country, could not understand the agent. conclusion is only two items were sent and the remaining items never sent but charged for.

I don't know why you would send me an email that says I have $10 to spend, that I've already spent.

Why would you send me the same email for a reward I've already used? When I went up to buy something, I was informed that I had already used it.

But it was sent to me weeks after I had already used it, so I assumed it was a new one.

This has happened to me before. And it's happened to others I know of.

Is this just a ploy to get us back into the store shopping?

Do you need to hire better computer people to straighten this out?

It's frustrating. People spend time shopping and planning on a reward they don't get. And it makes it hard for your employees to deal with it.

It shouldn't be that hard to fix the problem.

I realize I should have double checked before leaving the store, but I purchased an item on 11/25 and my $10 award was not applied. I did not realize until I got home. I called the store and was told there was nothing he could do unless I came into the store. The store is not close, and it is not worth the $10 for my time and gas that it would cost me to come in.

The incompetence of the cashier cost me $10. It seems to me that as a reputable company, there should be something you can do to compensate me for that. You can look up your computer records to see my purchase and that the award was not applied.

I purchased an Eddie Bauer backpack over 20 years ago when they advertised a "Lifetime" warranty. Several months ago the stitching on the top separated and kept growing. I contacted customer service and they said they never heard of a lifetime warranty. I escalated the issue upward and filed a complaint. I finally got a response and they said they I could send it in but I would have to pay for shipping and if they would not replace it, pay for return shipping. Evidently, the lifetime of an Eddy Bauer product is 30 days or 1 year IF there is a defect in workmanship.

I returned a pair of Eddie Bauer womens' athletic shoes in July because after a few minutes of wear I began to get a blister. The backs of these shoes were excessively stiff. The shoes were in near perfect condition upon return. I just now received my statement from your company, as I'd been away for several weeks and just opened my correspondence. I am appalled that from a $50.00 gift card your company refunded me $5.00!

I suggest your management conduct a research of my long history of purchases. You will discover that I have spent a considerable amount of money over the years, especially early years before my retirement.

I've also been unhappy recently with the fact that there is no longer free shipping on any purchase for your credit card holders. Please do not bother to send me any more reward cards of $5.00 or $10.00 as an incentive to make a purchase. As a matter of fact, remove me from your contact list completely.

I purchased 6 items on June25 but have not received any items. I called Eddie bauer customer by phone and the person named San did not want to give me the refund unless I report to the police.

It is not listed on Eddie bauer's website that in case the package is lost in transit that the buyer has to file a police report in order to get the refund. They only gave me a refund for 3 items but to get the refund for the rest of 3 items I have to report to the police. I never agreed that I will report to the police if the package is lost in transit when I made the payment for these 6 items. Please help me to the full refund. Thank you so much.

I have no complaints about your merchandise or staff customer service. It's fantastic! I was very disappointed to hear the Silverdale, WA outlet location is closing. It is the jewel of clothing options in central, north and south Kitsap areas, not to mention further Northwest shoppers in Port Townsend, etc. It will be a huge loss for me and so many others. I am a devoted customer to this location due to affordable prices and quality of clothing;and it's perfect clothing for this area: casual, hiking and sportswear. If finding a new lease in the area is an option, I'm begging you to please do so. I don't prefer online shopping or traveling an hour to another non outlet location.

I ddnt recieve my money it's been 2months more when i returned the item called them 2x.sadly my money aint show up.no dispute option on my bank account or paypal.so terrible.am working hard to earned that money with little sleep.

Bought a Power Bank from E. Bauer. Granted, it's two years old, but was used only about six times before the lightning connector broke off in my iPhone. Store manager said it was "wear and tear". Used maybe SIX times before breaking off.

I realize it's been a fews since I purchased this item, but it should last more than 6 uses and I would expect better from Eddie Bauer. The Manager was boring on rude when I spoke with here.
