EasyBreathe Positive Experience with easyBreathe: Quality Product and Excellent Customer Service

yet, but I am hopeful that it will arrive soon. The customer service representative I spoke with was very helpful and understanding of my situation. They apologized for the inconvenience and assured me that they would do everything they could to make the return process as easy as possible.

Overall, I have had a positive experience with easyBreathe. The product itself was of good quality, but unfortunately did not meet my needs. However, the customer service I received when trying to return the product was excellent. I appreciate the prompt response and willingness to help me resolve the issue. I would recommend easyBreathe to others in need of respiratory products.

EasyBreathe Terrible Experience with EasyBreathe: Unreliable Shipping and False Promises

I gotta tell ya, I had a pretty bad experience with EasyBreathe. I forked over my hard-earned cash and they said they'd give me a tracking number, but I never got it. They told me my order was shipped, but it never even left California! And get this, they said it would be delivered on Wednesday, November 24th, but it never showed up! What a bunch of liars and cheats. I wouldn't recommend this company to anyone. Stay away from EasyBreathe, folks. Brantley G.

EasyBreathe Disappointed with EasyBreathe's Nasal Pillows: No Headgear Included

So, I bought these nasal pillows from EasyBreathe, but when I got them, they didn't come with the headgear. I mean, come on, I paid a pretty penny for these things, you'd think they could at least throw in a cheap elastic strap to go with the plastic pillows. I'm not too happy about it, and I think I'll have to look for a different place to get my C-PAP stuff from now on. It's just not worth the hassle.

EasyBreathe Disappointing Experience with EasyBreathe: Incompetence or Deceit?

So, I was really excited to get my hands on a new breathing machine from EasyBreathe. I mean, who wouldn't want to breathe easy, right? But boy, was I in for a ride. I waited and waited for a month and a half, and when I finally got in touch with them, they told me that my insurance wouldn't cover it without a prescription for a new one. I was so frustrated! But then, I got on a conference call with EasyBreathe and my insurance rep, and the insurance company said it was covered. I was so relieved! But then, three days later, EasyBreathe called me back and said it wasn't covered after all. What the heck?! I don't know if they're just incompetent or if they're straight-up liars, but either way, I'm not happy.

EasyBreathe EasyBreathe Review: Good Customer Service, But Incomplete Shipments

I've ordered from EasyBreathe twice now and both times I've had a bit of a hiccup. I ordered two nasal pillow masks each time, but both times only one of the two arrived in the original shipment. The packing slip said that two items were shipped, but only one was in the box.

Luckily, EasyBreathe was quick to respond and sent out the missing mask right away. I appreciate their customer service, but it's frustrating to have to wait for the missing item to arrive.

Overall, I think EasyBreathe needs to improve their quality control in the shipping department. The shipping itself was quick, but incomplete. I hope they can fix this issue so that future customers don't have to deal with the same problem.

EasyBreathe Mixed Review of EasyBreathe Mask: Good Customer Service, But Fit Issues

I gotta say, I had some trouble with the mask from EasyBreathe. I spent a lot of time trying to get it to fit right, but it just wouldn't cooperate. The mouth piece kept blowing out and making a noise that kept me up at night. And don't even get me started on the nasal posts - they just wouldn't stay put and kept leaking air. I've tried a bunch of different masks before, but the last two I tried from EasyBreathe just didn't impress me.

That being said, I will give them credit where it's due. This company is really good at working with people to find a better product that fits their needs. They gave me some great suggestions and were really helpful in trying to make things work. And the return policy is definitely a plus - it's always nice to know that you can send something back if it's not working out.

Overall, I think EasyBreathe has some good things going for them. They may not have been the right fit for me personally, but I can see how they could work well for others. If you're looking for a company that's willing to work with you and has a solid return policy, then EasyBreathe might be worth checking out.

EasyBreathe Disappointing Experience with EasyBreathe: Delayed Shipping and Poor Communication

I recently made a purchase from EasyBreathe and was informed that the product would not be shipped until a later date. I patiently waited for the specified ship date, but unfortunately, it was delayed even further. I had to call the company to inquire about the status of my order, as I did not receive any updates via email. It was frustrating to have to chase them down for information, especially since they had already taken my money.

To make matters worse, I ended up waiting for a total of 1 1/2 months before receiving my product. This was a significant inconvenience, as I had been eagerly anticipating its arrival. When I expressed my frustration to the company, they simply cited the "current virus situation" as the reason for the delay. However, I had already waited for a month and a half prior to the pandemic, so this excuse did not sit well with me.

Overall, I was disappointed with my experience with EasyBreathe. While I eventually received my product and it was of good quality, the lengthy wait time and lack of communication left a bad taste in my mouth. I would recommend that the company work on improving their customer service and communication practices to avoid similar issues in the future.

EasyBreathe Concerns with EasyBreathe: No Receipt, No Shipping Updates, Possible Scam?

I just bought a new face mask and headgear from EasyBreathe. I paid for it and got an order number, but I never got a receipt in my email. They took the money out of my bank account, but I don't have any proof of purchase. I talked to two different people from EasyBreathe, but they just kept telling me that they sent me a receipt and I never got it. I'm starting to worry that this might be a scam. I really need this mask, but I don't have the money to buy another one from a different store. EasyBreathe still hasn't told me when my mask will be shipped or delivered. I hope they're not trying to rip me off.

EasyBreathe Disappointing Customer Service and Long Wait Time for CPAP Machine from EasyBreathe

I recently bought a CPAP machine from EasyBreathe and was told that it would take 4-9 weeks for it to arrive. However, it has been a whopping 19 weeks and I still haven't received it. When I contacted them, they told me that they have no idea when it will arrive because ResMed hasn't given them a timeline for their shipment. I'm pretty frustrated because I've already paid for the machine and this is the second time I've had to buy a CPAP machine out of my own pocket. The first one I bought was the Philips Respironics Dream Station, which apparently causes cancer. Yikes!

EasyBreathe's only solution is to offer me a refund or a replacement with a machine that is far inferior to the one I originally ordered. They haven't even offered me a discount on other gear or anything like that. Honestly, I'm pretty disappointed with their customer service and I don't think I'll be buying from them again. It's a shame because I was really looking forward to using my new CPAP machine, but it looks like I'll have to wait even longer or settle for a subpar replacement.
