Same story here ! I am a victim of this unauthorized charges practices as well. I ordered flowers on March 09 at ProFlowers.com. I've just noticed that I was being charged $14.95 for 5 months by this Easy Saver thing since then.

I just contacted Easy Savers at [protected] and simply told them I never enrolled any membership from them and wanted all previous charges refunded to me. The lady I spoke with didn't give me any resistance which I was quite surprised about and said they will stop charging me from this month and the refund should be all in a total reflected on my next statement (Sept). She also gave me a confirmation code for reference. Let's see how this refund goes and I will come back here for another complaint if I don't get my refund by next month.

I am so disappointed about Proflowers.com and hesitated to purchase from them again. They should have do sth to stop this going on as they've already received so many complaints or reports about this !

Thanks everyone who had posted a complaint about Easy Saver and shared with your useful story on getting the refund.

So thankful this site popped up! Today I noticed a random charge of $14.95 last month while checking my accounts online...then another pending charge showed up as investigating! Come to find out I have been charged $14.95 from Easy Saver for 5 months! The craziest thing is that I saw a special report about them or a similar 'scam' on the news just last week and thought to myself 'How dumb can some people be not to read the fine print?'
Apparently I am not as savvy as I thought I was :)
The fix was super simple, Just called the number provided by an earlier post [protected]) and the customer service rep Melanie was very helpful, reimbursed ALL charges, canceled my 'membership', and was also able to tell me just what site I was on when this all started.
I informed her that the wording on their $10 coupon pop-up add was very misleading...at no time did I enter a card number or personal information other than email...they acquired my billing information from the original site i ordered from! I will be VERY wary of pop up adds that look like legitimate store offers in the future! Thanks so much for all those before me that posted the same problem and solution, you saved me money!

Hi, I have the same experience that you had with the easy saver. I have noticed that they have charged me also 1.95 in my credit card even though i never authorize this. I did order some flowers from proflowers.com and maybe thats how i came across with the easysaver, I never did share my credit card info with them at all and i believe proflowers gave them that credit card info. Did you manage to get your money back after calling? I have noticed that you have posted that email that they sent you.. the customerservice@encoremarketing.com is it working at all? I already sent an email through that and told them to refund it. Is there anyway that they will answer that? I did get an instant reply that they will write back to me as soon as they can. I want to call.. but i think it is so expensive to call them because i am living here in finland now.. what do you think i should do? please help

I too as well as many at this site have been billed since May 5th for Flowers that I purchased at Proflowers. The first charge was $1.95 and then every month since then has been $14.95. I had been mistaking it for a credit protection plan. When i finally called the 800 #, I realized that it wasnt and was not sure what it was. I immediately called my credit card company and put in a fraud claim. Which is not a guarantee that I will get it refunded. Do I need to be calling easy saver and cancelling a membership that i never agreed to to begin with?

I made an order of Proflowers.com, then got an email with a cupon for $15 off my next purchase. I had the coupon emailed to me, I used it and it worked. What I didnt know is that I was signing up for a 30 day trial service. After the trial period over you start getting charge $14.95. I called and they refunded me the charge and ended my subsciption with no issues. Very sketchy!

I had the SAME THING happen to me today. I was checking my bank statement and had a charge today of 14.95 that I did not recognize. I called the number associated with this charge and got the automated voice recording stating it was easy rewards, WHATEVER THAT IS!... It said associated with purchasing flowers from Pro-Flowers for mothers day! I will never purchase from Pro Flowers again after getting that unauthorized charge and now seeing how many other people this has happened to. Fortunately, thanks to another post from someone above I got an 800 number I could speak to someone and right off the bat I said "I have an unauthorized charge on my account that I need credited back immediately", thankfully he was very helpful and said no problem, and the credit will be done in the next 7-10 business days(which I'm not thrilled about). I will definately be checking to make sure that it was credited, and that this so called membership I so called signed up for will be cancelled. I am just irate that so many people have been taken advantage of through this ordeal!
If this happens to you, make sure you call [protected] and DEMAND your money back and threaten to take it to the media if they don't cooperate. Also, I think everyone affected here should STOP using pro-flowers!

I don't know about getting your money back, but call your credit card company and declare this a fraudulent charge. They will have to cancel your current card and reissue you a new card leaving you without you credit card for a week or two but it will be worth it. I just did this with my credit card company yesterday and didn't even bother with Easy Saver. What they are doing is unscrupulous.

Same thing happened to me. An unauthorized charge showed up on my checking account for $16.95. Easy Savers with a phone number of [protected]. After being lied to more than once by the many different people on the other side of this phone number and also being put on hold for hours and sending e-mails to my bank. The only way to fix the problem and get reimbursed was to cut up my debit card and get a new one. I guess I'm lucky I didn't have to close my account.

My wife ordered flowers for her mother last May from Proflowers and
started to get charged $14.95 each month from Easy Sav er. I just
noticed the charges up to Nov and Dec. This is a rip off and practices
related to Proflowers. How can this type of operation continue since
when you click no it stills charges you?

These complaints helped me a lot! I share the same sentiments with those who have posted their comments. I too ordered flowers from Pro Flowers for my mom's birthday and they subsequently charged me with a membership fee...and with my last two credit card billings, I am charged monthly by Easy Saver with the amount of $14.95 which i don't have any idea what the charge was for!

PROFLOWERS & EASY SAVER are both scam! They should be stopped!

I JUST realized my checking account has been billed continuously since March 2008 that $14.95 a month.. and that it has been a scam linked to Proflowers.com... This is so ridiculous... its almost $120 that was disguised as "14.95" a month that i thought was from miscellaneous purchases i had been making! I'm outraged!

My card was charged by Easy Saver and I am unsure why. Could you give me the contact information because I couldn't find anything online?

I ordered air tickets for vacation and I correlated the four charges from easy saver and American Leisure in July and August, $16.95 each to an air ticket wholesaler. I associated them with the with the travel wholesaler from whom my agent obtained the tickets and warned them that unless they were cooperating with these two companies, they must have broken into their computer system and got my name, credit card number without them knowing it. Just how do these people get this information? When you call them at the numbers on the credit card bill, it is unlikely to talk to anyone because they are always very conveniently busy. My guess is that they practically never talk to the people who are being bilked and most people just give up. My credit card company called them and switched me over to them and I informed them that without a quick refund, I would contact the Maryland and US Attorney generals. I think these people are petty fraudulent thieves, because I was not asked to join their "Club" nor was I informed that I had joined and explained what I alledgedley had joined, and what services do they render. Sooner or later they will get even greedier if they keep on doing this. I called credit card security, cancelled my card and asked for a new one, but I do not know how much protection that is as there are probably plenty of snakes out there living off society by the same or similar MO. I suggest that some person who has been screwed by these people complain to both state and federal attorneys general and send both of them a letter stating your complaint along with everything you can find on the internet. Also it might be good to name the party you suspect that they have stolen information out of their books or computer system. Obviously both Attorneys General probably have jurisdiction over these people because of fraud in intrastate and interstate commerce they may have committed. It looks like the business model they are now using is take a little from everyone and nobody will make a case against them. If allowed crooks start small and attract little attention, but then get greedy for the big stuff. We need well publicized examples of people like that who got caught. Hard labor 10 hours a day 7 days a week, prferabally on a chain gang, would help rehabilitate these high tech criminals. HDS

I too purchased flowers from Pro Flowers only to find the mysterious Easy Saver charges on my bank statement. Not knowing where these charges came from, I found this website and confirmed my fears that my card is being charged for something I did not sign up for. I don't know what Easy Saver claims to offer for the fees it is charging everyone but one thing I do know is that it is NOT saving me anything. How disappointing to have to walk away from Pro Flowers, they seemed reputable. (Sorry guys, but you lost my business too.) Because it is the weekend I am not able to make contact with Easy Saver to demand they return the money they stole from my account but I will be on it first thing Monday morning.

The same thing happened to me. I seen 3 charges to my account with esi* easy saver, home source, and american leisure. They all charged me $19.80. I cancelled my card and then spoke to my bank to dispute the charges. Then I found out that when i subscribed to a bargain network trial these companies got info, Bargian network claimed I agreed to the charged and said they even had my voice on recording. I told then i was filing a suit with my bank for fraud, they then told me to call [protected] I called and spoke with a very polite women and Easy Saver agreed to credit my account for all 3 charges and cancel the accounts i didn't even know existed.

I just realized I have been charged for the last ten months and because of it my bank account was overdrawn twice. I called the company and was told my information was given to them by Bargain Network. They offered to pay back two of the charges, then after much complaining and speaking with a supervisor I was offered eight refunds. I said that I want all ten since I did not receive anything from their company so they are doing an investigation of with bargain network. If it is found it was a legitimate sale I get no money back, if not I get all ten payments refunded so it is defiantly worth calling. I also saw a fraud report for the company on fox news, so if I loose my money I will follow up with that.
