dont order from these guys online they mess up ur order and ship the wrong stuff and then wont give u ur money back so be careful when u buy from them

They sent me the rong product, client service is terrible, they don't answer the phone, and it took them 10 days to reply to my email. I ain't gonna do business with them no more.

Delivery sucks. They say 2-4 days but it's been 10 days and still no juice. They charge way too much for this crap. Wish I checked out other sites before buying. Don't waste your money here, find somewhere else to buy from.

I ordered from E-Juice Vapor 3 weeks ago and they said my package got lost. They added a $17 insurance charge that I had to pay. I tried calling them but no one answered and their voicemail was full. I also tried emailing them but it bounced back saying the email wasn't active. I lost over $120 and I don't think you should buy from them. Look for another seller.

about the quality of their products either. The juice flavors are tasty and the disposable devices work well. Overall, I am satisfied with my experience with E-Juice Vapor and will continue to shop with them in the future.

What kind of biz sells broken stuff and won't fix it when you tell them right away? This place is a rip-off. I got two new vape pens today and they were both empty (no vape, blinking lights). I hit up the company right away and they said too bad. They don't back their stuff. No money back or new stuff. My tip? Go somewhere else. These guys don't care if you're happy or not.

I bought 3 disposable thingies from E-Juice Vapor in December . When I got them, 2 of them didn't work. I messaged them 2 days later, but they didn't get back to me for almost a month. They told me they don't give refunds or exchanges for stuff they sell! That's a bad way to do business. They just take your money and don't care about what they sell. Lots of people say the same thing about them on every review site. They're the worst and I won't buy from them again. I didn't even want my money back, I just wanted new thingies.

i ordered 3 different kinds of vape juice and paid in full. it arrived and only got 1 60ml bottle and not my other 2 that was circled Rf. I had emailed them and no response and no refund yet.we did not have a problem before until now.

I ordered $220 worth of puff bars. Received only one third of my order. I contacted the company to explain that I have not received my full order and they finally responded after i sent multiple emails. They ask which items I received, so I sent this information. One month later still no response, items sent, or refund. DO NOT BUY FROM THESE PEOPLE. THEY ARE A RIP OFF.

I bought Helix bars from E-Juice Vapor like 3 or 4 times already. The 1st time I got my stuff, 2 of the devices were messed up, but they fixed it fast. But then my last order had 2 messed up things (out of 6). And now they're saying they won't fix it or give me my money back for those 2 things. So just be careful if you buy from them.

I orderd a vape mod last Wednesdy, it shipped out same day. Got it on Friday but it was the wrong mod and it was defected. They said they would mail me a new one and I have to return the old one. But it's Tuesday afternoon now and still nothin shipped yet. They don't answer the phone and when they do email back, it's very short. Be careful.

I ordered from E-Juice Vapor like a week ago and paid for 3 day shipping, but my order still hasn't shipped. I've tried to get in touch with them but no one's answering the phone or responding to my emails. I've bought from them before and never had any problems, so I don't know what's going on. I got 5 vapor sticks from this company for 5.99 each. Two of them don't work at all. I emailed them and they said no refunds. I called them and they said I need to choose better. What? This company is selling bad stuff and leaving the customer with the problem. I never heard of that before. They don't even say that when you buy. Also, these are nicotine things and I bought online with no check and got them in the mail like a letter. No 21 or older signatures is normal with these buys. I just want my 11.98 back.

This company messed up my order and charged me for shipping the wrong thing. Then, I had to pay to ship it back. They only gave me some of my money back when they messed up. I followed their instructions for returning the wrong thing and they said if I didn't pay for tracking, they wouldn't be responsible if it got lost. They try to scare you into paying more for their mistakes. I paid for shipping twice for something they still have and will sell again. I lost $50 and they won't give it back. They're stealing from people.

I bought 10 packs of Tip Vape Suorin Air pods, but they sent me 10 packs of Tip Drop Device pods that don't work with my device (Order # ***). I asked for new pods on 5/8 and they sent me a label to send the pods back. But when I got my new pods on 5/15, only 4 of the 10 packs were right. I emailed them right away asking for a label to send back the wrong pods and a refund for the 6 packs that were wrong. They asked for a picture of the pods and the packing slip. The slip was only partly right, but I sent them a picture of my original order from their site. Now they're not answering my emails and I just want to send back the unused pods and get my $50.00 back.

I bought something from E-Juice Vapor in August but it came all messed up on 8/18. I emailed them that same night and they got back to me asking for pics. I sent them right away and then on 8/20 they said they'd send me a new one and give me a tracking number when it was ready. But then on 9/22 I realized I hadn't heard anything so I emailed them again to ask what was up. Then on 9/23 I got a message saying the email didn't work. I tried to call them yesterday 9/24 but their voicemail was full. I just want my stuff replaced or maybe even a refund since it's been over a month and now they're gone. Their website still works though so I don't know what's going on.

I bought 4 of them disposable vaporizers from e-juice. At first, I was mad 'cause they asked for my ID but didn't even process it and still charged my card. Like, what's the point of that? If I wasn't old enough, I coulda still bought it. Then they sent me the wrong thing! So I hit up customer service and they sent me a label to return it. But like, I ain't got no printer or ride to go do that. I asked if they could just send me a slip in the mail, but now they ain't even answering me. The pen was only like 10 bucks, but it ain't worth it for me to try and return it 'cause it'll cost me more than that. I thought they might send me the right thing for the trouble, but nope.

I ordered 10 bottles of vape juice from this company, they sent the wrong product and failed to respond to multiple attempts to contact to resolve the issue. I have given the company ample time to correct they issue but they have failed to do so. Order #270240 placed February 12th.

I ordered juice through this company and received the wrong product. Now they want ME to pay to ship it back even though this is their fault! This same exact thing happened to my cousin. Cant get ahold of anyone through the telephone number and no email response. I want the product I ordered or my money back! I should not have to pay to ship it back. It's clear it's not the product I ordered!

I ordered $220 dollars worth of goods from this company. Three days ago, they state "they have three day processing time" but it's been three days. Multiple emails and phone calls to their full mailboxed phone number. No reply. Nothing, nada. I have no idea where my package is, or if it's even been sent. As much as I've contacted them - they have not gotten back to me about a refund. Or anything else for that matter.
