I purchased this device a few years back and have been trying for over 7 months to purchase original spares for the machine to no avail. NOW after all this time I receive a no reply email message telling me that the spares I need for my machine are N O LONGER being produced. This has now rendered this V11 Dyson inoperable because I am unable to buy the cleaner head and cleaner bin along with a complete motor for this model. I paid over £600 for this machine and now it is fit for nothing but the rubbish bin. I am so angry and upset I tried to get an email to make a formal complaint to Dyson and was refused this information and told I must use a stupid incompetent chat bot and than be connected to an overseas agent that was useless in every way. NOW I HAVE NO COMBACK and this is unacceptable.
