wanted to take the time to hopefully warn people about this company before they spend their hard earned money. This company is an absolute disgrace and should be avoided when it comes to purchasing cleaning products and fixing equipment. I initially reached out to this company to inquire to fix my 360 rotovac. i mail the part over 1 month. They never fixed the part of the machine. I called them and they always made excuses. finally after 1 month of doing nothing I told them to send it back to me. These people have no ethics. not moral. No principles. They are rude. I advise you to be careful when doing business with this company. look at the bad reviews they have on the internet. be careful.

I have paid over 6000 USD and I received faulty equipment. After reporting it to the company they didn't resolve the problem and they don't want to refund the money. I would have expected this from some third world company, but from USA company? Shame. Robing people who earn the money very hard. Shameful. I have checked reviews for this company and it seems that many people have the same problem. I wonder how the USA authorities are still letting them to operate.

I paid 7000 USD and they have sent me a machine that doesn't work, and they don't want to refund my money. I would expect that from some third-world company, but it is happening in the middle of the USA. be careful with dealing with Rotovac. they will take your money and you don't know what you will get.

Machine arrived faulty, they didn't want to provide replacement with working machine, they have troubleshot over the phone which cost me 300 euro, they have sent new replacement parts, but even after installing them on my expense the machine still didn't work. My money are gone. I have never expected that I will have trouble with an American company. My money is gone.

I purchased a website from rotovac. It was poorly done, and launched without my permission. It was also built on the wrong platform to be a conversion website. I tried calling to work it out with them. I was insulted by the staff, yelled at, and cursed with threats of a lawsuit if I called looking for a rest of my refund. Initially my calls we ingnored until I filed a complaint with the BBB. From there Chuck Munson called and offered me $300 dollars of my money back, and a tile and grout cleaning attachment for the rotovac xl that I purchased from them. He didn't offer me a refund because I have spent thousands, and was done wrong. Only if I removed the complaint. I received the $300 but the attachment never came. Only another phone call from Chuck demanding that I remove the complaint to get my refund. I didn't remove it, because the BBB resolution wasn't for them to bully me, but to treat me fair as a client. He lied on the Google review saying that they offered to fix my website and that they refunded all of my money. Nothing is farther from the truth. I am still owed $650 from rotovac, but they have broken communication and threatened me with a lawsuit after frauding me out of my hard earned money. Below is a screenshot of the the review and the unanswered complaint by the BBB. But notice the malice of the last statement made by the owner on Google. After not refunded me. He makes the snide remark that I am still using the website. I didn't know that I was supposed to be frauded & then delete the website and have nothing. He stated on Google that he paid me in full, but the unanswered BBB complaint proves otherwise. I never wanted to say anything public about how evil Chuck Munson operates be I was left no choice. I am still in need of the money I earned, and I will gladly remove the website.

I purchased a website from rotovac over a year ago. It was very unprofessionally thrown together in 48 hours. It looked like something a child would do. I tried to work it out with them, but it is clear that they don't stand behind their products and they rip business owners off that are trying to make a honest living. They will only respond if you go to the BBB or leave a review on yelp. They never will return your phone call. Linda Linkley and Chris Lund have screamed at me and hurled insults at me when I have tried to get professional customer service. Charles Munson told me Cliff Munson said don't give my refund unless I removed my complaint from the BBB and the review off Yelp that I wrote. I made a conference call with my company without rotovac being aware. Employees of the company told lies that my refund had been returned as well as other unprofessional behavior. I asked the credit card company if they had enough info to wrap the investigation up. Charles Munson misled totally about the website, and lied about having professional website builders. They have someone that comes in part-time, and this person has little to no experience in website building. Rotovac has reviews all over the web for ripping business owners off. I asked Charles Munson why did they do me like this when I have spent thousands on equipment from rotovac. I believed you all how did this happen to me. He gave me a short dry sorry. They owe me a refund at 20% plus some kind of compensation for the product not performing as advertised. I received no 1 year of website support or link support as promised in the advertising. I am also reporting the to the Federal Trade and Practice Commission. And I'm going to ask that they view the list of complaints thats piling up on the internet on rotovac. And calling Cliff Munson directly is jus more polite internet lies...I tried that before posting this review... I even waited 3 more days than I said I would. In business we spend money to advance and make more money. Not be bullied around by fraudulent tyrants who feels the world owes them something or you have to take a loss as the price of doing business because the Munsons represents themselves as business owners who are really scam artist.
